Fully renovated luxury guest suite with breakfast

In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. This beautiful centrally located accommodation is brand new. The studio with 2 floors is located in the large converted barn adjacent to our own home. It has a spacious private garden with BBQ and garden set where you can enjoy the sun. Downstairs is a cozy, tastefully decorated living room with kitchen. Both have all the comforts. Our vacation home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside Koudekerke on the outskirts of ’t Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden, you have Dune dune views from Dishoek. It's enjoying peace, space and nature. With a little luck, you can even spot a deer in the evening. Also in autumn and winter it is wonderful to stay in our cottage. After being blown away on the beach, you will come home and you can enjoy a cozy fireplace.

Studio 27, a 5-minute walk to the sea!

Luxuriously furnished studio with parking, 5 minutes walk to the boulevard, Nollenbos, beach and restaurants. Private entrance and terrace, comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, kitchenette for self-catering breakfast and lunch. The studio is very well insulated, has floor heating and floor cooling on exceptionally hot days. A wonderfully quiet environment to relax, cycle, hike or just read a nice book. Pets are not allowed.

Our lovely B&B can be found 300m from the boulevard. Directly on the boulevard, you will find the only south-facing beach in the Netherlands, beaches where ships pass very close by! The B&B on the ground floor has 1 bedroom (electrically adjustable bed), toilet, shower, bathroom furniture, kitchen with refrigerator, a TV with cable channels. And a private garden with cozy seating area (evening sun).
