The location: Stufels (the oldest district of Brixen), with narrow cobbled streets and picturesque buildings, is almost entirely a protected monument. The apartment is located directly on the idyllic promenade along the Eisack with historic, colorful houses as well as the "Rappanlagen" park.

The light-flooded apartment with a wonderful view of the Gitschberg and the Wilde Kreuzspitze is furnished with antique sunburnt spruce in combination with Swiss stone pine. It can accommodate 5 people and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Our Kernhof is idyllically located, a wonderfully quiet place, away from transit traffic and yet central for excursions to the mountains, or to the nearby bishop's town of Bressanone. In our park there are many ways to play and linger (children's playground, football, volleyball, table tennis, trampoline). On request, you can enjoy breakfast and dinner in the holiday guesthouse "Zummüllerhof" right next to it. In summer, we host weekly barbecues.

The dishes are lovingly handmade by Mama Annemarie using products from our farm and the local region.
