Outstanding. The most peaceful little place to stay for a short trip. The view is as beautiful as the pictures show. I was staying alone and it was perfect. I brought my laptop to watch movies but didn’t need to, the TV has all the streaming services you can sign into! Very easy to walk into the city - felt very safe and great views along the way. I will miss sitting on this balcony!

Vesna was extremely friendly and gave me instructions to find the place a few days before my stay. The town is peaceful and smaller, less busy compared to other towns I went to along the coast. A nice retreat for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable. The parking was extremely convenient and the beaches are walking distance. Vesna also allowed us to leave the car parked at her place after we check out, and we drove the car away before her next guests checked in.

firstly, the apartment was pristine. Goranas parents were so lovely and welcoming and bought us lots of lovely treats in the form of delicious food and drink over the course of our stay. As well as this they were just lovely hosts and really made us feel at home straight away. The pier by the beach is so so peaceful and relaxing and the water was beautiful. the apartment is within walking distance of two lovely restaurants that are on the water as well as a lovely village and the roman mosaics. I would recommend a hire car if you are visiting as it allowed us the freedom to go and visit places outside of Risan. Risan and Montenegro are very beautiful and unlike any place I have visited before. 1000% recommend.

Jelena was very responsive and accommodating. The flat was clean and comfortable. AC worked well, shower was hot, came with all expected amenities. My only complaint is that the location was a bit far from all of the happening things in town, but taxis were cheap -- less than 5 euros to get to the old town area.

What a place and experience! Nataša was fantastic, meeting us at apt and answering ALL questions. Recommendations enhanced experience. The view might give you reason not to explore Dubrovnik but it only gets better. Leaving with wonderful memories!

Mirna was extremely welcoming and helpful! The Airbnb was absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I went here for our honeymoon, it felt private but at the same time you can easily walk 3 minutes to the road to be picked up by a taxi or your own car. There is a freshwater stream going through next to the apartment that you can hear from inside which gave that amazing calming sound. If we needed anything we just easily messaged Mirna and she responds very quickly. She gave us recommendations on things such as markets. There is a restaurant at the nearby hotel (where you may choose to park) and the food is great and the prices are reasonable! My husband and I truly wish we could live here forever, it was amazing. Very heartbreaking to leave. Thank you again to Mirna for the amazing experience!

My partner Laura and I stayed for 8 nights at this Airbnb. It was nothing short of paradise. Marko always responded to queries same day and met us for check in. The property was clean, well stocked with basic amenities and the views were even more breathtaking than the photos. Marko was kind enough to allow us to use his rowing boat, which actually served as a great opportunity for my partner and I’s engagement! This property has a place in our hearts and we have absolutely nothing negative to say about it, or Marko the host. We wouldn’t think twice at coming here again / recommending to a friend.

Ljubica was a really kind and caring host. The house was spotless and the decoration was also very nice. The location was ideal for us; we could easily reach anywhere we wanted to go with the car we rented. The sea view from the balcony was really fascinating. It was also a big plus that the house had a pier — it was great to be able to swim whenever we wanted. We were very happy with our vacation. A house we will definitely choose again the next time we come.

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

My husband and I stayed here for two full months. During this time we were able to work from home and enjoy the sea and Molunat every day. We also took the opportunity to visit the Konavle region, Dubrovnik, the Montenegrin coast and the city of Mostar, in Bosnia. The house was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped, which is especially convenient for long stays like ours. In addition, the hosts are very friendly and are attentive to any need. In the village there is a small market for daily shopping and in the city of Grouda, a twenty-minute drive away, there are more options. Although there are three daily buses to Dubrovnik, I think it's important to have your own transportation. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys tranquility and contact with nature. For us it has been a real pleasure to live and work in front of the sea during these months. Thanks for everything Helen and Maximilian!

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Very nice place. About 10-15 minutes to the sea. It wasn’t a problem for us. Supermarket is nearby. Apartments are really wonderful, cozy, comfortable and big. You have everything for shower, cooking, washing clothes. It feels like at home. And there was a perfect balcony with a perfect view, you can drink coffee and enjoy sea view. We had lovely breakfast on the balcony every day of our staying. Hosts are very nice, polite and attentive. We recommend this place for sure 😊

Aleksandra was an amazing host. Even before we arrived, she provided us with lots of recommendations and helped arrange transport from the airport. Throughout the stay they were extremely proactive with any questions we had, and also with helping us schedule cabs. The views were incredible, and the villa was gorgeous in every room. I would definitely recommend, we had an amazing time and would love to stay again if we find ourselves in Kotor in the future. Thank you so much!

Hosts were so friendly , such lovely people . The apartment was even better in person , the view is AMAZING . Walking to the old town is 15-20 mins down a steep hill which is fine but we needed to get a taxi back every time which can get pricey . Overall the place was well worth the price and I would 100% recommend .

A wonderful studio in a two-storey house with a large beautiful garden 5-7 minutes walk from the Old Town. Alberto lives nearby in the same house and is always ready to help. Contact with Alberto was very pleasant, he responded quickly, gave some useful recommendations and fulfilled our additional wishes. The studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is cozy and quiet, and the table in front of the entrance is the perfect place to eat and relax after walking around Dubrovnik. We'd love to come again.

Just wow, what a place to stay. Old town is a 5 minute walk away and is closer than it looks on google maps but is far enough that you can’t hear it at night time so it is a peaceful place to sleep. Absolutely stunning location with beautiful orange and lemon trees right outside your door. A lovely patio area with a sun lounger for you to chill out on. Inside the accommodation and outside was absolutely spotless. Local restaurants and things to do literally a 5 minute walk away if that. Shower pressure was really strong and the A/C was delightful. Just what you need in a hot country. Absolutely loved our time staying here and certainly would recommend to a friend or family. 5 stars

Milenas Communication was excellent. The Airbnb is in a great location with only 10 minutes walk to Porto Montenegro. The accommodation itself was very clean and looked just like the pictures ! Would stay here again

The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The beach and restaurants were within easy walking distance and the back terrace was a beautiful place to sit in the evening. Ivana was very helpful we had no trouble finding the place and were welcomed with coffee, a bottle of wine and cold rakija. Great value for money and would definitely stay again

Kristina’s apartment is equipped with top quality furniture and decoration. It is very spacious. The best part is the two balconies facing to the ocean, you can sit there enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. There is a little bit walk to the old town, but it’s quite pleasant walk. Kristina and Robi are excellent hosts. They greet to their guests in person and give very detailed information about Dubrovnik, and they are very responsive. It was a very pleasant stay in Kristina’s place. I highly recommend it.

LOCATION is perfect esp. if you want to avoid the steps. The place is suoer clean and bigger than the picture.
