Vacation rentals with breakfast in Vipava Valley

The apartment is very spacious and is located on the ground floor, with everything very functional. The apartment was really excellent clean. We were pleased upon arrival with cozy additional amenities, such as a small refrigerated basic supply, also a bottle of prosecco, a homemade cake…. not forgetting the cosmetic tissues, shower bath. Just great! Communication was very good, trusting and helpful with tips on e.g. activities, shopping. A very caring landlady, who cares very much about her guests' pleasant stay. We felt absolutely comfortable, will be happy to come back.

What a stunning place and even more beautiful than on the pictures. We loved our stay at the spotless accommodation and were treated amazingly.

Sergeja is an excellent landlady who takes her time and is helpful and answers every question and gives good tips for exploring the surrounding area. Speaks great German, which we of course particularly liked as an Austrian, but also speaks other languages.

Amazing and cosy chalet, perfect place to chill and hang out with friends or family (while everyone can still have their privacy). Spela, the host, was super helpful and responsive. Can recommend it 100%!

Mrs. Catia was really kind and helpful to us. His house and the fully fenced garden were in line with what we expected and respected the proposal offered on the site. Very well-kept interiors, comfortable, cozy and clean beds. Warm environment heated by a pellet stove. Equipped kitchen, utensils, comforts of all kinds available. If we really want to find a flaw, I could mention the extractor hood and its light that did not work and was not clean. But, I would recommend Catia's house for a wonderful vacation. We had a wonderful stay in the vacation home in Ferlach! The house is very cozy, well equipped and clean so you immediately feel at home. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful nature around Ferlach, and the proximity to attractions and hiking trails is also a big plus. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We can recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting. We are already looking forward to the next visit :)

Perfect apartment! I stayed in this apartment for my vacation and I have to say that everything was perfect! The apartment is complete with everything, nothing is missing. We were only passing through, but it is worth taking a longer vacation in the area. There is a lot of nature, mountains and rivers invite you to hike and linger. Check-in was intuitive with a key box. The apartment was very clean, the terrace with garden were very inviting.

Our stay at René's was really nice! There was everything you need. You could also reach everything easily on foot (supermarket, center, restaurants, beach...) We liked to end the evening with the hot tub. Recommended! 👍🏽

Gabriela was a wonderful and kind host! We really enjoyed our stay in her beautiful and especially well-equipped apartment. The breakfast selection was excellent, with something for every taste. The terrace is lovely and shady, making it perfect for relaxing outside during the day, we also loved having our dinners there. A special mention goes to the cleanliness of the apartment, we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. There’s plenty to do in the area, and we especially enjoyed swimming in the river. We can definitely recommend staying here!

This place is a hidden gem. The apartment is so beautiful decorated. The place is clean and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the balcony. It is well located. First of all, the host Mojca was very responsive over the chat before I arrived and accommodated me with early check in as well upon arrival. I spent my birthday here which I had informed earlier through chat, she gave a small gift as well, so thoughtful. I felt right at home, one of the warmest and kind humanbeing. Location was also just on the main road beside the lake, which is why I booked this place in the first place! Mojca went above and beyond as if I'm her neighbour. I had a late night bus to Prague from Bled and she sent her husband to help me drop me to the bus station as well ❤️‍🩹. I would recommend this place to any of my friends if they visit Bled and also I had the best breakfast there for 15€ in the carman restaurant right beside the hotel. Easy recommendation to anyone who prefer to stay on the main road and have access to super market within 90metres :)

Francesca is a courteous and discreet person. The apartment is quiet and the room is very clean. Francesca's partner is also a kind and discreet person, so the guest's welcome is generally pleasant! The shared bathroom is well maintained, tidy, and clean. Hearty breakfast with tea or coffee, juice, croissants, biscuits, jams, fruit, etc.

We had a wonderful week at Monica’s place! We could not have imagined it to be so lovely and relaxed - beautiful garden and very cozy house, felt very welcomed! Our dog Iva enjoyed it too! ❤️❤️ and we will miss breakfasts with home made delicious food and unforgettable atmosphere!

The host kindly offered me dinner and breakfast for free, and even took me to the nearest bus station! It was a wonderful stay!

The stay with Julia was great. She is very attentive and relaxed, and everything worked out perfectly. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable, everything clean. There is a heavenly peace there, except for the birds, simply nothing. At noon, the sun shines on the balcony, and I just fell asleep (which doesn't usually happen to me). The whole family is nice, and so are the dogs and cats :-) Since I have a cat allergy, Julia prepared breakfast for me and I was able to eat in the room. The area is beautiful. I look forward to the next stay! Thank you, dear Julia :-)

After my arrival, I was greeted very kindly by the hostess. She immediately showed me the room and explained all the necessary details. Since only one room is offered in this accommodation, you feel like you are at home. Thanks to the great location, you can easily walk to the center. After a restful, quiet night, I was able to have my breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere. There was nothing missing. I would definitely recommend this place.

We felt very comfortable right away! Francesca and Federico are warm, helpful and great hosts. The accommodation is very stylish and furnished to a high standard, everything is sparkling clean. The garden is also beautiful and our son had a lot of fun with the four cats. You live pretty close to Francesca and Federico, as they live on the ground floor, through which you get to the guest apartment. The breakfast, which is very tasty and generous, is also available in their part of the house. And it didn't bother me at all, I'm just writing it here for information. Thank you so much for the great time!
