In winter warm yourself with the stove and reach Christmas markets (Merano,Bolzano,Trento) in less than an hour on panoramic roads. In summer, venture out towards lakes and meadows or lie down in the garden or visit our vegetable garden. 45 minutes from Bolzano fair. The space, formerly designated as the Municipal Hall, still retains the charm of past years with its vaulted ceiling and a large fresco representing the coat of arms of the municipality. A truly one-of-a-kind space. In addition, for an extra touch of history and prestige, the apartment is located in a building that was owned by the noble counts Thun Filippini a few centuries ago.

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Vacations in historic homes

We live in a large historic residence from the 1600s in the small village fraction of Scanna in the municipality of Livo. We rent 40s qm apartment ideal for 2 adults and a small child. Our guests can share our large garden with us. Small pets extra charge of 5.00 euros per night. Our dog Masha also lives in the house with us. Mandatory provincial tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night; to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Farmhouse accommodation

The residence is surrounded by greenery where you can relax and take long walks. It is also an excellent base for beautiful hikes in the mountains, to Lake Molveno (34 km), to Lake Tovel (16 km), and to the Hermitage of S. Romedio.
