Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Vinjerac

This villa was perfect for our family of 5 with two small children. Marko set up the cot as requested. The pool was clean and area was maintained well. Its in the middle of nowhere with beautiful mountains and greenery. Need a car as there are no local shops to walk to. Perfect family holiday here. There's a garage to park your car underneath. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, the pool was warm enough to go in. Marko provided lilos and childrens toys which was lovely. Our only advice for improvement would be to have a microwave and toaster. Everything else was wonderful. Marko was quick to reply. Thank you. Highly recommend staying here.

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

Very calm and cozy place. The bed was really comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We did find that the dishes weren’t clean enough to use, and there was no soap in the bathroom. But aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend it!

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt comfortable. I would highly recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again immediately for a vacation.

Nice, really nice and new vila with everything what you need for relax, including the beatifull swiming pool. Nice and clean rooms with air conditioning.

This is the villa dreams are made of. Every detail is taken care of inside the villa with lovely furnishings and super comfortable beds. The roof terrace is a dream, we only tried the hot tub once as it was so warm when we were there but I can imagine it’s gorgeous on cooler nights. So close to the sea and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely owners - would definitely return

Myself and a group of friends visited Marijana’s place in June - we chose this house because of the great value compared to similar properties nearby. We were so pleased with the whole experience - the house is massive and spotless, and though it is a little out of the way, it affords a bit of peace and quiet. In particular we liked the size of the kitchen, the pool, and the outdoor cooking area, and the views of the nearby national park. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

House is at great location with beautiful view of the city and the sea. Beautiful sunsets. It is excellent location to explore southern Croatia. Place is very clean and Katja is welcoming host. I can recommend this place to any guest and I am sure we will come back. Everything was perfect. We liked it very much.

Davor is very friendly host. We had no problem to find apartment and do the check in and check out. Great location with everything at hand and in walkable distance. Sea view from balcony is perfect. Apartment has everything you need also for a longer stay. Kitchen is very well equipped.

The location is great, with great views of the harbor and the old town, from all 3 windows, as well as from the long balcony. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, nothing is missing. In 5 minutes you are on foot in the old town and in grocery stores.

We loved our short stay here. Katarina met us when we arrived even tho it was quite late. lovely apartment, very peaceful and beautiful view and surroundings. Just a short walk down to Trogir old town. Highly recommend this place.

Of course, the environment is not ideal but the apartment is in a good location, about twenty minutes from the historic center and 10 minutes from the seaside. The apartment itself is impeccable, very clean and pleasant to stay in with a large sheltered balcony. Communication with Petra was easy and warm.

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is right on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it's not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The furnishings are great, the existing SUP is a big plus and also allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has an en-suite bathroom, but you have to walk across the hallway. That's okay. On the ground floor is another double bedroom with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. The kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with the bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with a pool and outdoor kitchen is amazing. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very kind host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very nice vacation!

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

We felt very comfortable with 5 people in the accommodation as described. Particularly noteworthy is the air conditioning, which allowed us to sleep at a pleasant temperature even on warm summer nights. In addition, the pool offers a pleasant cooling. The property can be reached in a few minutes by car from the airport and there is a supermarket directly across the street. By car, it's about 15-20 minutes to Zadar.
