Great value for money! Comfortable house with 4 en-suites, the house is inside the city of Vinhedo and has a beautiful view from the balcony! The house has a game room, swimming pool and tennis court. What we liked most were the two dogs in the house, Ofra and Frodo, they are very nice and affectionate, they were our company for the entire holiday, we were sad when we left, I hope they take care of them as well as we did in these 4 days. I recommend the house to everyone!

The house is brand new, exactly as shown in the photos and clean. Notice the care they take. And Daniel is extremely attentive, he responded on time and did everything to make us feel at ease. I'll be right back!! Ten out of ten!!

Flexible check out, kitchen and all other excellent and well-equipped spaces, super decorated, cozy and comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, complete and amazing leisure area, laundry available. The stay at Cris's place made memorable a very special moment in my life, I have no complaints, just compliments. I will definitely return more often and I recommend it to everyone!

I rented this farm to spend Easter with my family after more than a year without seeing them, as I live outside Brazil. Maurilio and his mother are kind and flexible and did everything to provide us with a great stay. The place is too beautiful and we even saw a toucan flying. The only negative point is the neighbor who has many dogs and you can see that the dogs need attention and come all the way to the farm to get it. My suggestion would be a gate or fence in the part that connects the two parts of the house. I also suggest that there be a wall bracket for the fan and air-conditioning control, and transformers for electronic appliances so they are not damaged in storms. :) My family had a very happy time at this place and the kids loved swimming in the pool, even though it wasn't a very hot time.

Conrado's house offers an exceptional level of comfort and coziness, with carefully decorated and furnished rooms. The privacy and tranquility provided by the house are other important points. Everything works perfectly well, the cleanliness of the house was excellent, as well as the care with the towels and sheets, everything smelling like fabric softener. You'll feel like you're in your own home. The listing photos are beautiful, but in person the space is even more beautiful and charming. We had a very pleasant weekend with 16 people and we already want to go back. Many thanks to Conrado and Thaís.

I was very satisfied! The house is very comfortable, airy, the neighborhood is quiet. The bed is very soft, clean and fragrant. The bathroom is very airy and the shower is very good! The garage doesn't fit bigger cars, but the car I was using fit. I highly recommend it!

I was in the space rented by Ralf during an extended holiday and it was the best experience I could have chosen, between the Campinas region, the vineyard and São Paulo. The place is simply impeccable, it looks like a movie scene. Ralf is super helpful and careful. And the location is perfect both for enjoying a peaceful time, deep silence, a lot of comfort, and for accessing the gigantic cultural centers in the Campinas region and nearby São Paulo due to the perfect location for quick travel by highways. Highly recommended.
