Loved staying at Ryan's for a quick trip. He provided clear instructions, had good food recos, and checked in to ensure everything was alright with the stay. Loved the amount of space available, the bathroom was super clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! It nice to have onsite parking and it was a quick drive to other parts of the city. Would highly recommend staying here!

This pristine, roomy studio was a perfect home base for our adventures in Sacramento. We could walk to the Railroad Museum, Convention Center, bookstores, pubs, and restaurants. Centrally located, yet extremely quiet.

I've stayed here before, and have been satisfied both times. Wayne keeps the place clean and it is furnished very nicely. Everything about it is comfortable. The beds are great, and the couch in the living room is super spacious and comfortable.

We needed a comfortable place for a quick overnight stop in Sacramento, and this stay was just what we were looking for. The home was quiet and cozy—perfect for resting before continuing our journey. The host was exceptionally kind and went out of their way to assist us with parking, which can be a bit limited in the area. Although we were too tired to explore the neighborhood, we appreciated the thoughtful local recommendations and hope to return someday to check them out. Thank you for being such a welcoming host! Overall it was a great place to stay during our trip to Sacramento. Since it’s located downtown, most things are walkable and there are plenty of lime scooters nearby for longer distances. Mesha and Chris are also very responsive and helpful if you need anything. The place was clean and the area was beautiful. Only thing was occasionally we could hear the people upstairs, but it was nothing that wouldn’t stop me from booking here again. Friendly neighbors too. Met my expectations easily and I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking to stay in Sacramento.

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mikko’s place. We traveled with our toddler, which is obviously more challenging than traveling solo, and the house suited our needs beautifully. There is a fenced in backyard, toys provided, a high chair for meal times, and Mikko also made family friendly walkable recommendations for us. There is so much in East Sacramento to explore that you could happily never leave the neighborhood. It was definitely one of our favorite stays to date.

The BEST neighborhood and such a lovely home! We loved cooking in the brand new kitchen and the house is filled with so much light! Very peaceful and relaxing neighborhood, that we enjoyed taking long walks in every day, and McKinley Park is super close! Erik has taken care of every amenity and we lacked nothing. We felt at home so much that we kept extending our stay past a month and never wanted to leave! We will refer all our family that want to visit and will back again for another staycation in a luxurious home away from home! Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable!

This was my second stay. I came back because I knew everything would be just what I wanted. All the basic supplies were there--and more. He made it easy. The location was extremely convenient. And everything worked just as I expected it to.

We rented this property while attending a horse show just 15 minutes away, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was immaculate, cozy, and incredibly comfortable—I felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The host was thorough and made sure we understood all the house rules and instructions, which made everything seamless. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. This will definitely be my go-to for all future visits!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to a beautiful little park with walkways and children's playground. We rented this property to attend an event in Sacramento and found it an easy drive. Elk Grove itself has lots of stores, including Costco, so if you are not from the area you will likely be able to buy anything you need in town. If you like nature, there are plenty of areas to hike, with many free of charge and within 1 h drive. The house itself was very spacious, clean and free of clutter. The host was amazing answering to any of my questions very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Lin's place! The house was beautiful, modern, and impeccably clean, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly stood out, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

The condo was amazing and perfect. There were a few things that were our of the host's control (such as neighbors suddenly getting noisy) However the host and co host kept communication and stepped in when they could. Overall amazing stay and so great full for them both.

was pretty cozy and close to old sacramento and downtown. right next to the freeway but if you closed the windows you cant hear it at all!

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Great stay and great place! I was only at Danielle's place for a quick night but it was a nice-sized condo that met all of my needs.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.
