We had a wonderful stay in Maria's home. She made us feel very welcome and she was accessible for any questions we had. The accommodations were comfortable for all of us. It felt like we were in our home rather than feeling like a guest. It was evident that Maria wanted us to enjoy our stay and did whatever she could to make it special. Maria is warm and kind. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the pool. My grandchildren really had fun. The location was convenient and tranquil. Our stay will hold a special place in our memory. Thank you Maria!

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! This residence was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with all that was needed for a great stay with family. Spacious rooms, multiple porches/decks, nice view of the bay, and beautiful pool/patio area were all enjoyable features of the home.

We absolutely loved this house! Heather and Andrew were fantastic hosts friendly, responsive, and helpful. They answered all of our questions promptly and gave an excellent recommendations. The outdoor space was great and it helped to keep the kids entertained even when the weather didn’t cooperate. The house itself was spotless, well maintained, and felt very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family friendly beach getaway!

Dave’s place was nothing short of phenomenal. I’ve stayed at many an Airbnb and have never had such a pristine experience along with a host that was bending over backwards. I don’t think I waited more than 10 minutes for a response from Dave when I had a question. The location is at the top of cape may with beautiful scenery in the front and total privacy in the back. I can’t encourage people enough to stay here! It was perfect.

Tara was very responsive to us during our stay and prompt. The home was perfect for my husband and I as well as our two kids, in laws and dog. The fenced in yard was very nice for our dog. We enjoy walking to the bay which was nice and close even though our daughter called it the scary beach since there were horseshoe crabs everywhere (we learned it's their season to lay eggs in the sand). The home is in a nice location in a quiet neighborhood.

Martha’s little gem cottage was perfect for our weekend stay! Everything was as described. The beds were so comfy and the house was pristine! We were even able to meet the lovely neighbors across the street and learn about their little farm. Morning coffee on the back patio was a great way to get the day started; very peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!

I recently had an extended stay at Aaron’s Airbnb, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The place was clean and well-stocked with all the kitchen and household essentials we could need. It made cooking our meals easy. The beds were super comfortable, and the linens felt fresh, which was perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long day. The location of the house and large property helped with that too. It’s very quiet and felt safe. The host was really great, too. Aaron responded quickly to any questions we had and had such a friendly vibe from the start. It felt nice knowing he cared about our stay, and even checked in a couple of times to see how we were doing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, inviting spot for a longer stay that feels like home.

Beautiful place, quiet, comfortable, clean, well maintained landscaping, and has all the accessories typically required! Beautiful back yard for sitting too. Close proximity to the bay side beach is a plus, and very quiet neighborhood. Linda provided a book with recommendations around Cape May area. Felt very welcoming and right at home!

We absolutely loved our stay—there was ample room for the three of us to spread out and enjoy our own space, and having two full bathrooms was a game-changer for morning routines. The kitchen and living areas were stocked with everything we needed, from cookware to extra linens, which made settling in effortless. The setting is truly serene, nestled right up against a lush forest behind the backyard. If you’re a nature lover, you’ll appreciate the peaceful surroundings… though a word of caution: the wooded area is home to ticks. Our dog came in covered in at least ten, and I had to remove two from myself. If you plan to spend time in the yard, be sure to take proper precautions—tick repellent, long sleeves, and a thorough check afterward. All in all, a wonderfully comfortable, well-appointed home with just one outdoor caveat. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat—just maybe keep the backyard for the birds!

The place was very clean, uncluttered, inviting and relaxing. Loved the way its decorated. I like the fact that there were long mirrors in the bedrooms, it makes up for the fact that there’s only 1 bathroom. Conveniently located to the beach, about a 10 minute walk. I liked all the extra beach things that were provided like beach tags, buggy, chairs, towels, umbrella. Also nice back area for hanging out. The kitchen is well stocked if you decide to do any cooking. The owner is very responsive. I would definitely stay here again or at any of his other listings as you can tell that he is experienced in rentals and wants his guests to have a nice vacation!

We had an excellent stay at Brooke’s place for the second year in a row. The house is exactly as described and in the pictures - beautiful finishes, tasteful and comfortable decor, plentiful amenities. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close enough to all the activities in Ocean City for the family but far enough away that it feels remote and peaceful. We used to go to the Outer Banks for many years, and my wife kept commenting on how it felt like we were there but with all the fun the boardwalk close by. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an awesome stay! Literally less than a block to the water, and a quick 8 minute drive to Ocean City! The house was tidy, and everything was comfortable. Communication was top notch! We would love to stay here again in the future! Thanks for a great stay!!

Such a wonderful place! Incredible views of bay from the house and beachfront. The bugs are not great but not a big deal….bugspray or hang out inside. Sunrises were epic
