Villa vacation rentals in Vimmerby Municipality

We spent 3 nights in Lovisa's house in early June to visit Astrid Lindgren's World. The house was about 20 minutes by car from the house. The house is very idyllic with a beautiful garden and patio with barbecue. We were a party of 6 adults, 5 children aged 1-14 years. The house was equipped with everything we needed and there were toys and stick horses in a separate small playhouse-stable that the children could play with. We ate good dinners in the nice kitchen and enjoyed the garden. There were no separate bedrooms for everyone, but the children thought it was cozy to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room upstairs. We give Lovisa's house the highest rating and it was well worth the price we paid. We would be glad to come back!

Åsa's house is very charming, with a lovely conservatory where you can sit and enjoy yourself when it rains, lots of games for the garden and nice kitchen all the room. There were fresh flowers when we arrived and Åsa was very flexible with respect to special wishes. Åsa is a very attentive host and the house had everything you need in a home. A warm recommendation from us.

We spent a great week in the beautiful house on the lake. The house is great! Super nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped. It is simply fantastic. The surroundings invite you to many activities, especially of course the Astrid Lindgren World, Katthult or Bullerbü. But even those who simply want to enjoy peace and nature are in good hands here. Rikard is a great host, responds very quickly and takes great care of questions/ needs. We would definitely visit again!

Great place to stay. Great location if you are visiting Astrid Lindgren's World. Good for the kids with toys in place and large garden to play in. Everything you need is on site. Would love to come back.

Idyllic and charming older house in lovely rural surroundings. Located about 1 km out of a gravel road, far from the nearest neighbor. Lots of forest, fields and beautiful nature around. We were so lucky to see a moose close to the house. About a 5-minute drive away is a child-friendly swimming lake, Kyrksjöen. There is a children's room with 2 beds and lots of toys and books that our kids loved. Large house with plenty of space for 1 family. Very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend for the family with children, who need to get all the way down to the pace and far out in the countryside.
