The place is like a very nice hotel. Perfect for my needs and stay. Will only be staying there when I visit again. The rooms, the space, the view were beyond what I expected. Deepak was a big help in guiding me and helping with whatever I needed during the stay. Can't say enough of how nice the place is and the hospitality during stay.

Mohini and Saichal are very great host and the place is worth every penny to stay!

The place was exactly as described and had required amenities. It was very spacious and quiet. Location was great too with restuarants located at about 10 minutes walk and main metro station located at about 15-20 minutes walk to make the commute easy and skip the heavy pune traffic. Highly recommended!!

The place is more beautiful in real than it looks in photos. The Building is one of the greatest localities of the area. Gated community completely safe and so beautiful and serene just touching the highway. All the cafes lounges are easily accessible along with the major offices in corporate areas. Ajinkya was a wonderful host always available to suggest restuarants or any help. The caretaker Shubham is also a very nice guy always reachable and always there to help you out in case of any issues. Must visit place when you visit Pune. I am definitely going to stay back again in the beautiful house.

Aditi has been very responsive, straight forward and honest host. The appartment was exactly as described. Me being on medically restrictive diet was looking for kitchen to cook my meals during the visit to my daughter who is persuing her MD at DY patil medical college pune . Me n my husband loved the appartment n it was near to perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this BnB! The view from the window was so peaceful, with the Pashan Hills just behind the building. We even spotted peacocks and other birds right from the room, thanks to the binoculars provided. Rohit was a wonderful host, super friendly and easy to communicate with. Everything about the stay felt comfortable. Would happily come back again!

The property is well located in a nice society where the neighbours would keep to themselves. the host is very welcoming and chill, you can call him up for drinks anytime ( I surely did ). My overall experience has been perfect.

Our stay at Shyam’s place was absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The communication was prompt and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. The property has got this very bohemian vibe but also it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. This will certainly be in top of our list to stay in Pune, we would highly recommend it.

Ajay was an outstanding host, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, very hospitable and we got to share and experience a lot. Was really patient with explaining things around the house, entry exit, and all the other stuff. And he owns an amazing place, maintained really well. Fantastic stay last week! It felt like a peaceful oasis, reminds you of Central Park in NYC, green nestled amid tall apartments. Host was incredibly friendly and responsive, greeting us warmly upon arrival. The recently renovated villa boasts modern amenities, including RO water, a home theatre, a snooker table, and new AC units and geysers, big TV's, and more... With a group of 12, we enjoyed cooking lunch in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a good range of cutlery. The pool was well-maintained and felt wonderfully private. We loved the decor, large paintings and furniture with a cared vintage and modern touch. You will be just 200 meters from a large shopping mall with around 20 dining options, we ordered a T-shirt via Swiggy, arriving in just 6 minutes!!!, The spacious sit-out areas near the pool and in the hall were perfect for our large group. The pets on the property were surprisingly well-behaved. Susmitha and her family were always just a ping away with a smile. Gr8

The property was a good find. It was great staying there. Snehal Aunty, Yuga's mom took care like my own mother. She made scrumptious food. The place was quite clean, spacious, the neighborhood was welcoming, postive vibes all around, in short worth the money. Would definitely like to visit again!

While the neighbourhood itself is quiet and peaceful, this property takes it to another level…The moment you enter the plot, you are instantly teleported to another world…A world where nature rules and everything else including the building and yourself are all subservient to it. The architecture of the place does justice to the setting…At no point trying to be at odds with nature. The natural palate of materials used (exposed bricks, neutral grey shades resembling concrete, wooden windows and doors) with vines and creepers happily taking over the building simply all feel in perfect harmony. You wake up to the sound of birds chirping and the smell of freshness that’s hard to explain. The terrace is another world with its own ecosystem. Kranti has grown things like lemons, pomegranates, chikoos in grow bags on the terrace. What has remained with us is the early morning we spent on the terrace sitting on the amphitheater there overlooking the vines and the mountains. Great experience!
