Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Comfortable in summer and winter with its wood fiber insulation and heat pump (air conditioning), it is the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. Shops, restaurants, bars and a theater are nearby. Free parking 5 minutes away, paid parking 2 minutes away (1 hour free). Train station is a 15-minute walk away.

Come and relax on the grounds of the old castle of Champlay, in the Yonne. Less than 2 hours from Paris, between Sens and Auxerre, the Colombier Vert is a haven of peace in a small village in Burgundy. Former farm of a castle now disappeared, the estate belongs to Régis and Véronique. Lovers of heritage and gardens, they are committed to the restoration of buildings while respecting their history, ecology and the environment.

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.

This Little cottage (historic French farmhouse) surrounded by a big garden on both sides of the building, private and peaceful. There is one full “appartement” with salon, kitchen, bathroom. A third person’s bed can be set up in the salon. The large fruit orchard holds another cottage which we also rent to nature-loving guests.
