Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Cosy studio (27 sqm) in an lively and cosmopolite neighborhood located in the north center of Paris, in a building from 18th century. The place is quiet as the studio is on the courtyard side, on the 1st floor (2nd floor for US) Description : - living area with couch, - open kitchen - bed area - separate bathroom with large shower and toilet Towels are provided but not replaced during the stay Only one duvet/blanket is provided ** Studio not accessible for people with reduced mobility

Grands Boulevards / grevin /opéra

Appartement très calme sur cour fleuri avec tout le confort nessessaire pour un séjour de rêve à Paris Quartier vivant avec beaucoup de bars et restaurants à proximité de l'appartement. Le métro ( ligne 8/9) se situe à moins de 5 minutes à pied ainsi que les bus . Supermarché de l'autre côté de la rue ainsi qu'une supérette ouverte tard le soir. Vous êtes en plein cœur de Paris les Galeries Lafayette,L'opéra, le Louvre,la Tour Eiffel,ainsi que les Champs Elysées sont direct du métro

Quiet Studio

This lovely studio on the 2nd floor (access by stairs) overlooking a small courtyard is very quiet thanks to its insulated glazing. The mezzanine bed is comfortable, have easy access and optimizes space in the studio. Fully equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine for efficient breakfasts and affordable meals ;-) Bathroom refurbished in 2017. Towels & sheets provided, also unlimited Netflix, Wifi & Tea.

Appartement de 26 m² confortable et bien aménagé dans le 19ème ardt de Paris, à 50 mètres de la ligne de metro 7. Vous serez en 15 minutes au centre de Paris, à 12 stations du Musée du Louvre Palais Royal. A 2 stations de la Cité des Sciences à La Villette. Il est a 20 minutes de la Gare du Nord et Gare de l'Est et de Châtelet Les Halles. Il est entouré de beaucoup de restaurants, boulangeries, boutiques, supermarchés (casino et monoprix).

Welcome to my cosy studio ! It is ideal to discover Paris in couple or for a business trip. You can take enjoy of a real bed thanks to the space that is in the studio. It is completely equipped and will allow you to make yourself as at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available in the apartment. Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.
