The accommodation is very well located for discovering the region, both quiet, functional and impeccably clean. Guillaume is a friendly, welcoming and very pleasant host, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I would recommend it in a second!

Lucie was very kind and helpful, and she has the most beautiful apartment. She gave us a good lot of tips for exploring annecy in the limited time we have. She even waited for us by the front door to help us check in

We stayed at Les Magnolias for three nights, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the open space in the apartment, found it very well furnished with everything we could need, and really appreciated the proactive communication and restaurant recommendations from the hosts. We particularly loved the apartment's location - it was really close to walk everywhere but not on a super busy block.

Very nice place with amazing views. One of the bathrooms has a tub with no shower, but the place is as described and looks like the photos on the site (views are even better than in the photos). Great stay overall.

Claire’s rental space was beyond my expectations. Everything and so much more than what a camera can capture. There is an ambiance and beautiful treasure awaiting all who come. Claire and her husband, Alain , made such a generous strides to be excellent hosts. I have never had such kind and gracious hosts along with such pristine and beautiful accommodations. We will be back and will not want to stay anywhere else!

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

We had a lovely stay as a family at this listing. The house is well-equipped and spacious, and has a large garden. The accommodation is very located only 15 mins walk from the lake and the city. Our host was available for the duration of our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was nice to be just out of Annecy and avoid the crowds but still easy to drive in when we wanted to. We made good use of the outdoor area, pool and bbq which were in great condition and easy to use. There are a couple of cute little restaurants nearby which was super helpful. Overall a beautiful place!

Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation is exactly as described and is very functional. Jean-Marc offered to take us to a site close to their home while showing us his native region. A big thank you to Maria and Jean-Marc for their advice and availability. The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. Elisabeth met us when we arrived and showed us around her stunning accommodation. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed for our stay. The outside space gave wonderful views and was peaceful. The hot tub an added bonus. All in all, 10/10!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Everything was perfect. Stunning apartment, spacious, clean, equipped, peaceful, incredible views. Close to the centre but far enough to get good exercise in daily. Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
