Our rural house "Caserío San Pedro I" is a two-story house for full rental. It was declared a Site of Cultural Interest, along with the chapel and the two granaries, in 2019. It has a living room with a large wooden dining table and a kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Upstairs there are 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 double and one with 2 beds of 1.05) and 2 bathrooms. Two of the rooms have access to the wooden corridor and the third to the garden and chapel.

Mar de Petra is a cozy cabin decorated in a modern rustic style. Located in the village of Parres, 4 km from downtown Llanes, it is surrounded by nature, donkeys and cows.
