Ho appena trascorso quattro giorni meravigliosi presso Villa Arzilla, totalmente immersa nella natura, nel silenzio e nella pace. La casa è bellissima e circondata da un grande giardino. C’è tutto ciò che serve, la cucina è molto fornita, un bel camino, libri, tre camere e due bagni, uno con vasca. La vista sulle colline e sulle montagne è magnifica…la Villa regala dolci risvegli e suggestivi tramonti. La Signora Sandra è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ha regalato a me e alla mia cagnolona quattro giorni di puro benessere.

Beh, che dire.. un'esperienza unica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Attenzione ai dettagli, cordialità, puntualità, disponibilità. La casa è bellissima,le camere sono pittoresche,il paesaggio è mozzafiato. Ritorneremo sicuramente!!

A perfect place to stay! Under 10 minutes drive from the beach, an hour’s drive to amazing hiking mountains, view of the sea and mountains from the property, historic sights in walking distance, under an hour from the airport, peaceful garden, 2 terraces, 4 sets of garden furniture in different places for as the sun moves around the house, a very comfortable, clean and well-equipped interior. Leonardo and his wife were very helpful and friendly - they gave us the keys, did a tour of the property, and answered questions. They were also very responsive with texts throughout the week (e.g arranging late check-out). Very reasonably priced, especially considering no additional charges for heating, water etc. unlike many similar properties - we were particularly grateful as it was unusually colder weather that week! Note: tell the hosts how many rooms as well as people - they had prepared 4 beds in 2 rooms but we needed 3 separate rooms, so they kindly unlocked and prepared the 3rd room.

La villa è perfettamente conforme alla descrizione, curata nei dettagli e fornita di tutto il necessario al punto da farci sentire a casa. Abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni anche su punti di interesse nei dintorni e lo scambio con l’host è sempre stato veloce e chiaro. Host attentissimo alle necessità della mia famiglia, in particolar modo ai più piccoli, ho davvero apprezzato. Sicuramente consiglio l’alloggio.

Carmela ci accolto di persona,dandoci la possibilità di fare check in prima. La zona è molto tranquilla, la descrizione della casa rispecchia la realtà. C'è tutto quello che serve per fare delle vacanze serene. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, anche i nostri due cani non hanno avuto problemi di adattamento. A piedi si arriva al mare (no sabbia ma sassi e perlopiù spiagge libere e non attrezzate). A Marina Palmense non ci sono attività serali per il dopo cena, quindi bisogna spostarsi in auto ma a pochi km ci sono vari paesi che offrono svaghi. Per una vacanza in piena tranquillità consiglio VIVAMENTE questo alloggio.

Ihanan tilava ja rauhallinen huvila vuorella. Upeat näköalat! Oma allas ja puutarha oli joka päivä käytössä. Meitä oli matkassa 2 aikuista ja 2 teini-ikäistä, joten oli aivan mahtavaa, että saimme kaikki omat makuuhuoneet. Jokaisessa huoneessa oli myös oma ilmastointi. Keittiössä oli riittävästi astioita ruoan laittoon. Minua ilahdutti myös, että meille oli varattu riittävästi pyyhkeitä, tiskitabletteja, kahvia sekä paperia.

Merci pour l’accueil, votre villa est encore mieux que sur les photos et nous n’avions jamais vu une piscine privée aussi grande !! Le rapport qualité prix vaut vraiment le coup!! Petit plus, un nettoyeur fort sympathique, Massimo, vient tous les 2-3 jours pour faire en sorte que la piscine soit parfaitement propre: Génial !!! Nous avons passé un super séjours, encore merci Gianluigi!!!

De woning is meer dan geweldig! Qua hygiëne beste tot nu toe. Maar ook de ligging, faciliteiten en inrichting meer dan we hadden gehoopt. De twee badkamers en het zwembad pure luxe. Eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en qua communicatie top. Bij aankomst een mooi pakketje met lekkere dingen en fles wijn en bij afscheid nogmaals verrast met een afscheidscadeau. Ongelooflijk lief. Een vakantie om niet te vergeten.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Et vakkert hus i fantastisk landlige omgivelser. Dette er det perfekte huset for de som ønsker fred og ro. Verten Giampiero er en utrolig omgjengelig kar som ønsker å gi den beste opplevelsen når man bor i huset hans. Han svarer raskt og fikser det som trengs. Det eneste jeg har å utsette på oppholdet var at det ikke fremgikk av annonsen av at det var et eksternt anneks med 2 sengeplasser. Dette annekset burde oppgraderes grunnet et ganske omfattende fuktproblem. I tillegg fikk dessverre av 8 pers ørebetennelse den første uken grunnet for dårlig vannkvalitet i bassenget. Alt i alt var det likevel et fantastisk opphold der Gianpiero virkelig gjorde alt han kunne for at vi skulle trives.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa, con gli amici per trascorrere il capodanno. Gli spazi sono estremamente confortevoli, c’è tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno per vivere in gruppo. Impagabile la vista dal bellissimo patio panoramico tra mari e monti. La zona living con il camino a disposizione e la grande cucina hanno reso il nostro soggiorno come lo avevamo immaginato. Marco ed il suo papà Nino, sono sempre stati a disposizione per aiutarci e risolvere eventuali problematiche di normale amministrazione, con pazienza e gentilezza. Consiglio vivamente di trascorrere un soggiorno qui anche in estate. Nei dintorni e’possibile visitare dei deliziosi borghi come Colonnella dove vale la pena provare un pranzo o una cena presso l’osteria P’chior.

la location è fantastica, una villa immersa nel verde delle campagne Pescaresi! è un posto da favola ideale per feste o per soggiornare con gruppi di amici o famiglie! Iryna è una persona fantastica, gentile e attenta mettere a proprio agio l'ospite! non vediamo l'ora di ritornare! grazie di tutto

Das Haus von John hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, atemberaubende Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und ein Außenbereich, der sehr viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles an Ausstattung was man sich wünschen kann. TOP!

L'alloggio di Riccardo è stupendo, ancor più dal vivo che in foto. C'è tantissimo spazio per poter condividere del tempo con gli altri oppure per voler stare da soli, in pace, tranquilli. Il fatto che ogni camera avesse un bagno all'interno è stato un altro punto a suo favore, qualora ce ne fosse bisogno. Piscina splendida. Letti comodi. Anche il tragitto per raggiungere l'alloggio, nonostante si trovi isolato, è stato lineare.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa Luciano sehr genossen. Die vielen kurzweiligen Tage am Pool haben wir mit einigen Strand Tagen in Porto San Giorgio gemischt. Das war eine sehr schöne Abwechslung. Das Haus war uns ein schönes zu Hause und hat alles bereitgehalten, was nötig war. Genug Küchenausstattung bis hin zum Grill und zweiter Küche in der Nähe des Pools. Die Gegebenheiten vor Ort haben auch für unsere 2 jährige Tochter und unsere fast 80 jährige Oma gepasst. Charlotte, die Gastgeberin, hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehmen. Trotz fehlender Klimaanlage war es sehr gut, besser als gedacht, auszuhalten. Die Ventilatoren waren völlig ausreichend. Einziger sehr individueller Minuspunkt: Leider war das Lauftraining auf Grund der Straßen- und Höhenverhältnisse nicht so möglich wie gehofft. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft allen, die etwas weiter abseits in Ruhe Urlaub machen möchten und mobil sind und Fahrtwege in Kauf nehmen.

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz. Raffaele war stets erreichbar und hat uns nicht nur im Vorfeld viele gute Tips wie Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zukommen lassen, sondern sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abfahrt Spezialitäten der Gegend sowie kalte Getränke (Wasser, Wein) und Olivenöl vorbei gebracht. Die Einweisung in die Wohnung war persönlich und unkompliziert. Speziell zu erwähnen sind der tolle Strandplatz mit eigenem, sehr grossen, fest installiertem Schirm und 4 Liegen im Strandabschnitt gegenüber (2 Min. zu Fuß), sowie der Privatpool die beide nur zur eigenen Verwendung und kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Handtücher wurden gewechselt und die Wohnung zwischendurch gereinigt! Zur sehr sauberen Wohnung gehören ausserdem 4 Fahrräder mit welchen wir gerne fast jeden Abend die kurze Strecke (20 Min/6 km) nach Pescara gefahren sind. Dort hat man eine schöne Stadt mit Fußgängerzone und Geschäften sowie weitere Restaurants. Kurzum top und Danke an Raffaele!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend tranquillo e piacevole in questa villa. Luogo silenzioso e lontano da rumori. Marco è stato molto gentile, ci ha dato indicazioni sulla zona e in quali ristoranti mangiare. Villa uguale alla descrizione, immersa nella natura. Ambienti spaziosi e puliti. Piacevolmente soddisfatto

Drop-dead gorgeous property and location! The house and grounds are well maintained, and clearly cared for. The location is perfect if you are looking for a bit of quiet and seclusion (with a 5 minute climb down to a perfect beach). I would recommend having a vehicle if you are looking to explore the surrounding area.

Das Haus ist sehr charmant und die Alleinlage bietet viel Privatsphäre und Platz für unsere laut spielenden Kinder. Die Anzahl an Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten draußen ist super. Der Salzwasser Pool super schön und angenehm . Zum Richtig Schwimmen reicht er nicht, eher planschen und erfrischen. Das Haus ist was besonderes, die Einrichtung zweckmäßig. Für ganz kleine Kinder mit der Empore im Kinderzimmer und den Stufen schwierig. Unser jüngster ist 4, da war das kein Problem. Die Terasse ist super zum zusammensitzen! Toller Blick! Die Straße ist deutlich hörbar, das darf einen nicht stören. Verbesserungspotential gibts ganz wenig…bei der Küchenausstattung. (Scharfe Messer/Anzahl Schneidebretter,..) Und paar mehr Mückengitter. Ein paar fenster haben welche, Terassentür und Bäder leider nicht. Wir waren viel zu kurz da um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Man kann sich bestimmt eine Woche gut beschäftigen mit Strandausflügen, Burgen, Städchen anschauen, Fernando kennt sich aus und hat viele Tipps!

Posto perfetto per il relax, stare in famiglia, correre e andare in bici. Panorami davvero eccezionali. Nella casa non manca davvero nulla, tutto perfetto. I titolari della struttura sono fantastici, sempre disponibili, precisi e cordiali.
