Victoria's place is perfect. In addition to what is already described in the listing, it is worth mentioning that there are universal standard outlet mirrors throughout the house, the heater comes out of the floor - no cold feet - and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was even a bathrobe for us to wear! Loved it, I'll be back for sure

From the first minutes, everything was at the highest level: cleanliness, comfort, thoughtfulness of every detail. It's clear that the hosts have put their heart into it — not only in the interior, but also in the atmosphere. The apartment was equipped with everything you need: from little things in the kitchen to pleasant surprises like fresh linen, towels, detergents, shampoos, soap, etc. Sleeping was incredibly comfortable — silence, quality bed linen and a good bed did their job. Very nice, modern and clean apartment in a very nice neighbourhood with a lot of nice restaurants and coffee and fashion shops. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment!

Stunning 10-metre balcony with the added retro-warmth of folding wooden doors. Chacarita is quiet & super central. 10 to 20 minute walk into both Palermo & Belgrano, & two blocks from Collegiales. Lacroze & Olleros metro, 7-10 min walk. A word or two (or four) on the kitchen - it's the best equipped kitchen I've encountered on airbnb. Encyclopaedic. Excellent mattress too - it's one of those soft but firm at the same time ones that encourages you to dream. There is a rumour that the longer you sleep, the less people will expect you to reawaken and present yourself to the world. Just be sure not to change your appearance before bed, or people may have a hard time believing it's you today. You will then face a sort of non-stop gauntlet in which the very people who refute your identity will mis-use your name in all manner of ways, simply to accord with their own biases. A final word: the varnished floorboards reflect light with magnificent intensity, and you're on the top floor.

The experience was satisfactory... she was always attentive during the stay. Additionally, the property is quite nice, the common areas such as the gym, jacuzzi and the high level pool. In the area you will find all the services, it is also very easy to get around by subway. Highly recommended.

I stayed one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area of Palermo but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and clear. I definitely recommend it.

Just like the photos, I just have to say that the sheets were stained, but like an old stain that doesn't go away, the rest was all impeccable and we couldn't turn on the sauna. The truth is, it was very good, I would come back

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. The place was spotless: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
