Overall, it was a very good stay. I was received by Julio's parents. The elderly lady was very friendly and often helped me, especially during the power outage, she brought an electric fan to my room. Julio's father was also very friendly, and his English was quite good, and he carefully introduced everything to me. The room is very clean and tidy, and it is also very close to the city center, a few minutes walk away. I have to thank everyone who hosted me, I took the night bus and arrived at the bus station at 4am, they arranged a vehicle to pick me up and warmly helped me check in.

Our stay with Daily was WONDERFUL! We felt at ease as soon as we met Daily. She gave us very helpful information about Cienfuegos and the surrounding areas. She got us in touch with the bear driver who took us on two day long trips to see everything we wanted to explore and more. We ended up eating breakfast made by Daily at the Airbnb which I highly recommend. Daily went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and to help us explore Cuba. Her Airbnb is in a great location, easy to walk to restaurants and the town center. We will come back!

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to Niury’s warm hospitality. She prepared the best breakfast we had in all of Cuba—fresh, delicious, and made with so much care. The room was extremely comfortable, the bed perfect for a restful night, and the hot shower was amazing—exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling. One of the highlights of our stay was getting to chat with Niury and Alfredo. Alfredo, a talented cartoonist, shared fascinating stories about his work, and we loved seeing his cartoons decorating the walls of the room. It made the stay feel even more unique and special! We were truly sad to stay for only one night—we wish we had stayed longer! If you’re visiting Santa Clara, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended! 🏡✨

Mavy is a kind and energetic fun person and mother of beautiful two daughters. The house is well maintained and the breakfast was good. 10m to city center by walk. I really enjoyed watching people on the terrace. Gracias!!

Eddy and Liset are friendly, welcoming hosts who care about the well-being of their tenants. Eddy gave us very good advice and a tourist map to guide us. On the day of our departure, they prepared coffee for us and Eddy took us to the Viazul terminal with his motorcycle taxi for a very interesting price... All in all, everything is perfect! I have no words to describe my stay and my friend's stay in Cienfuegos, at Osiel's house. It was simply perfect ! When we arrived, Osiel gave us all the indications of what to do in the city, showing us on the map the main points, giving tips and giving us a history lesson. During our stay, we had coffee (very good!) every day having such pleasant conversations that we lost track of time! He, his father and his wife are wonderful people who have conquered us, without a doubt. The city is cute ! Make sure to visit the playa de la Luna.

Anabel and Lili were very good hosts and very flexible with the check in and out.

Maira and Adalberto were amazing hosts. We were very comfortable with them. They offered us advice about restaurants and other issues in their city, they welcomed us as their family, the delicious breakfasts. I would be delighted to come back and we definitely recommend it.

Staying with Tomás was by far our best on our trip through Cuba. He is very nice and accommodating. He treated us like family from the very beginning and supported us with all our questions. Even for our onward journey to Trinidad and Varadero, Tomás gave us numerous recommendations and background information that is not so easy to find. All in all, a very nice stay.

The Santana Inn house is really excellent!! It has 2 spacious bedrooms, both with air conditioning, TV, a laundry area, a great kitchen, a family refrigerator, a microwave oven and everything you need to prepare meals. There were blackouts nearby, but luckily the power didn't go out at Santana Inn!! Anyway, what I want to highlight most is the kindness and quality of people like Pepe and his partner... they were always attentive and smiling, they were very thoughtful with us, which we really took to heart... to comment that we were in Cienfuegos without being able to get any accommodation, several Rooms had rejected our reservation and when we consulted Pepe, they could not receive us because they were making some improvements in the hostel, but they were considerate of our helpless situation and quickly solved everything to be able to receive us in their house I recommend them 100%. Thank you so much! Good luck with your venture!

The house was so nice and very cool looking - even better than the pictures. It was super clean and an excellent location on the main road with walking distance to the town, restaurants and literally across from the sea. Highly recommended for a short or long term stay in Cienfuegos. The perfect sea side place!

When I arrived, I was greeted by Ms. Omara who is a perfect hostess. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed in her wonderful place. She was immediately very helpful, showed me the house and was very attentive to help with my concerns. She offered a delicious breakfast which was superb! Omara’s place is a great place to rest while enjoying this beautiful and relaxed part of the island. It’s in a great location. This apartment has a room with 2 beds which is great for friends travelling together. And has an additional room next door if you need an extra bed. The place is very clean & comfortable. I would definitely return and I highly recommend this place. Thank you Ms. Omara!! See you soon.

Everything went smoothly right from the reception! I was very kindly received. Always had electricity as the property is directly connected to the hospital's power grid. Water pressure is very good and hot water is always available. The kitchen is fully adequate. You can also cook in it! In any case, all in all a recommendation!!!!

Cozy house, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. They have a generator so you don't notice the power outages. What about Pedro and Maricela's whole family? May we carry them all in our hearts, as they have shown us their humility and generosity, and made us feel right at home.

This must be the best place in Kuba. We became friends and will miss these guys a lot. We did many activities together and the rooms were perfect. We shared our food and drinks and it felt like family. They organized everything for the best prices. Hugs and love from Julian and Laura
