Vacation rentals with beach access in Vila do Conde

Our first family holiday with 2 young children - we absolutely loved our time at Filipe's and hope to return next year. The apartment is spacious and made us feel like we were at home. We enjoyed using the pool and tennis court/football picth with the kids. There are beautiful beaches within walking distance, and so many amazing restaurants serving excellent food. Filipe was very helpful and responsive to our many questions, and his hosting skills were much appreciated. We did not have any problems, but if we did - we would have felt safe with Filipe! Thank you for everything, Filipe.

What an amazing Flat by the beach! The flat was perfect, spotless clean and had everything we needed and much more ( bathroom robes, slippers, beach accessories and kids toys..). Andreia was extremely helpful and flexible from the beginning to the end of our stay, we felt like we are in *****spa hotel and very generous with all extra gifts we have received ( lovely welcome snacks and drinks, great selection of toiletries, gifts at the departure…) We loved the beach and large swimming pool, we had amazing time in Mindelo!

The view from the balcony on the 8th floor with sea views is beautiful. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the historic old town with lovely shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to the train station with an excellent train service to Porto. The apartment appears exactly as in the photos, nicely furnished with modern tasteful decor, very clean bathroom with an excellent shower and the contemporary kitchen has everything you need. Nice modern glazed soundproof windows and doors with shutters which made it very quiet at night. We had an enjoyable stay for the week and hope to come again to the area. A very nice apartment. Extremely well furnished and very pleasant. The roof terrace allows you to rest in the open air without being disturbed. The spaces are tastefully decorated. I would recommend it without hesitating

The quiet area with dunes and sea views, a great bed and a great shower, were fundamental elements of our experience in this apartment. The most unpleasant thing was the communication with those responsible for the accommodation: all the people I exchanged messages with were kind and diligent to respond but the fact that they referred us to a website asking for more data and more procedures (in addition to those provided here on Airbnb) made me angry and frustrated. In this process of exchanging messages I had to do what I consider a disproportionate effort for a simple booking. For the sake of the next guests, I hope you can improve on the simplification of the process! I appreciate the flexibility and kindness you had at check-in and check-out!

We were here for a week and it was an easy commute by car to Porto plus the local beach up there street was beautiful.

Small house in a very good location on a quiet street, one-way with little traffic apart from pedestrians. Very quiet, very functional apartment, done with great taste! At the foot of the sea, I highly recommend it!

Apartment, very spacious and well-equipped it is located at the foot of the dune in a quiet environment nothing is missing thank you for this beautiful collection of records! we enjoyed many hours of listening! one downside: the pillows should be changed, really, and a mattress pad on the mattress would be a plus for hygiene... I recommend this rental without hesitation!

Fantastic apartment a little far from the city, so good idea to rent a car. Otherwise, the train/metro works really well and taxis are cheap.

The accommodation was very spacious and there was ample space to unfold. The ambience is rather functional and not particularly homely but we lacked nothing. You are privately accommodated there, but also anonymous. You won't be making contacts there. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine washes well. The wifi router is located in the property and the internet is fast. I particularly liked the large sliding wall with which you can protect the living area from the sun. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, with the gastronomy in the area offering little change. Shopping facilities are a 15-20 min walk. After all, you have a vacation and plenty of time. We felt comfortable and the place was absolutely worth its money. Thank you

Our stay went well in a pleasant, quiet, wild, pleasant environment. The apartment was equipped, spacious, comfortable. Fergus's directions allowed us to optimize the stay thanks to local addresses and information. Only issue, unrelated to Fergus, was the sound from the neighbor's TV that bothered us in the master bedroom.

Nicely furnished and very bright apartment. You could see the sunset over the sea from the balcony. Beach and Natural Park views of the coastline. The beach, huge and beautiful, although some days made us too windy. Highly recommended.
