We really enjoyed our stay here and loved the privacy and having our own little space. The place had everything we needed and Simona was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay! The place is very secure and secluded with easy access around Italy using the trains. Absolutely recommend this place!

Beautiful accommodation surrounded by nature, ideal for spending a few quiet days. The lake is very close and the property is small but cozy, the host is responsive and kind and they welcomed us with small snacks for a sweet break and savory treats for an aperitif. I absolutely recommend it!

Quiet area away from urban noise. Large and welcoming house with a garden that is not for the exclusive use of the house, but partly inaccessible and therefore not usable by my 2 dogs. Antonella, the owner, is very attentive to the needs of her guests, helpful and discreet, clean and fragrant house, with everything you need and even more. Anyway, a great experience.

The kitchen features wooden beams overhead, providing a warm atmosphere. A modern dining table with four white chairs is positioned near the window, which offers views of the greenery outside. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, including an oven and a stove.

We were visiting Rome, we needed a space that would give us the opportunity to park 3 bikes. Excellent solution. To get to Rome, we opted to drive to the Cesano di Roma station from where, with very frequent trains (one every 15 minutes or so), we arrived comfortably in Rome to visit it comfortably. House equipped with everything, very comfortable for us (there were 4 of us), certainly also for 6 (one room remained empty), excellent indoor and outdoor spaces. Francesca hosted us with great courtesy and helpfulness. Bracciano and its lake, with the nearby towns, very beautiful. Definitely to be recommended, perhaps to return.
