Entièrement rénové, il est composé d'une pièce à vivre lumineuse qui dispose d'un salon avec canapé d'angle convertible pour 2 personnes et d'une salle à manger. La cuisine est indépendante et équipée (four, plaques induction, lave vaisselle, micro-ondes). En duplex, vous trouverez une salle d'eau douche et une grande chambre. Cette dernière dispose d'un lit double et un lit d'appoint.

Vous serez au 2ème et dernier étage sans ascenseur avec une superbe vue . Appartement de 50 m2 avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de douche ,2 wc, une cuisine toute équipée ainsi qu'un salon. Dans les hauteurs du quartier Ste Catherine à 5 minutes à pieds du Vieux Bassin, du quartier historique et du centre ville.
