In the apartment awaits you a coffee maker, washer + dryer, Netflix, a cozy double bed, WiFi, etc.. Also relax in the in-house swimming pool, sauna or steam bath.

Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location at the edge of the nature reserve "Höllbachtal", between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. Von der großzügigen Holzterrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Rundblick über die saftig grünen Wiesen, zu unserem Hausberg (Degenberg), bis in den Bauerngarten.
