Vacation rentals with a patio in Victoriaville

We had a great stay, really enjoyed exploring the Granby area. The outside deck provided a space to enjoy an afternoon/evening beverage after a day of cycling. A bonus was the safe storage for our bikes.

Honestly you get your money's worth, the accommodation is FULLY equipped and the place is ultra peaceful. the nearby shops are amazing (especially Bibi's house!!) everything is practically new and super functional, parking is accessible and the backyard is beautiful. I recommend it 110%. It's very affordable for everything that's offered.

This was just a lovely little gem we found on our way home south (back to the states.) It is a basement area, but it was so spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful and functional bathroom and comfortable bedroom & bed. (Included coffee and cream always gets an A+ from me.) Big TV with comfy couch.. Even a space to exercise! How can you ask for more? Side note: we heard "regular" noises (like walking around) but nothing that bothered us. Highly recommend!!

The location is the most pleasant thing about this condo. Close to everything; walking trails, city center with beautiful shops and restaurants, beach right across the street. You can do anything on foot.

Super clean, warm and welcoming place, in front of a beautiful river. Rick the host is very kind and available to his tenants. I just find the price a little expensive for a small room, no kitchen.

The accommodation is located about 15 minutes from downtown Sherbrooke… I didn't realize at first but it's really not an inconvenience that was very important to me. The accommodation is spacious and clean, it was perfect for our needs and overall in general. Everything is there as well as some basic elements to get by: salt, pepper, sugar, oil, mustard, ketchup and vinaigrette. I recommend it without hesitation, we are happy with our stay… Please note that it is located on the 3rd floor (ground floor, 2nd, 3rd). But it wasn't a problem for us again. Thanks to our host who responded promptly to my little questions.

We loved our stay at Julie's! Our pooches had the best time. They were the happiest to be in nature and interact with the other animals. We also had a great time unwinding and connecting with nature. Hoping we can come back soon.

Absolutely gorgeous & a cozy slice of nature. Everything was as it's shown in the posting. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy and the covered area is perfect for if it rains. My son loved running around outside and we threw a football most of the weekend around the back. Absolutely loved our stay and we will probably stay there again! 💙

Great stay at Kim's house! Ideal for groups and/or families visiting the area for a sports tournament for example, as it is a great alternative to hotels. The house is located in a quiet and very central area, within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, bars, etc., and a short drive to other amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. The huge kitchen (and its two refrigerators!) is super convenient for cooking and eating in groups. Everything is new and very clean! Kim responded quickly to any questions we had and all instructions and directions were clear and helpful. We will definitely go back if the opportunity arises again!

Beautiful quiet cottage with all amenities, including beautiful 6-seater spa. Nice location for BBQ. Deer come to visit us as a bonus.

We just got home from three nights stay. What can I say? Absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect! If you stand in the garden you can’t hear anything other than the birds in the trees and the rushing water. It’s so peaceful! The house had everything we needed, including a bonus of waking up to two Geese with their babies in the garden. If you’re looking to explore nature, be completely secluded, and find a love for the water…this place is for you!

A very good spot close to the mountain. A cute bar across the road, and the hot tubs were a great way to close the day.

Very nice stay at Vanessa's. Everything was clean and functional. We liked to have an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the marina and watch the sunset in the swings by the lake. A relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to the city and grocery store. We'll be back.

We made a two-day stopover. Impeccable apartment, modern, beautiful kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bedding. A more than pleasant bacon terrace with beautiful river views. However, the second bedroom is a little small. I recommend this beautiful wooded place

We had a great time and the location is amazing

We really enjoyed staying at this place. It was comfortable, with everything you need and even an extra comfort that you don't usually find in other homes. It is also very well located, 3 to 5 minutes by car from downtown Magog and close to tourist activities. I would recommend this apartment in this quiet area, we will return there without hesitation!
