Located at km. 139 of the Panamericana Norte. The house has a panoramic view, is very ventilated, with protection for windy days. The beach is 200 meters away. The back of the house overlooks the dry forest. It has 4 blocks between green areas, air-conditioned rooms. What I like about my house is that the spaces are independent and there is the necessary privacy for a good rest. It's very cool all year round. We are close to several good restaurants.

exelente service, the A1 service, I felt right at home and even better. the only thing if kitchen items should be more careful in cleaning. from there, otherwise, exelente!

Mancorita House, Las Pocitas, Mancora

This oceanfront house in Las Pocitas is a dream! The beach is right at your doorstep, and the views are simply stunning. We were thrilled to spot whales from the house and enjoyed surfing and horseback riding on the beach. The house is stylish, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a lovely pool to relax in. Watching the sunset from the terrace was a daily highlight. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided us with great local recommendations. If you're looking for a serene yet adventurous beach escape, this is the place to be!

Charles was the one who took care of us at the accommodation. Excellent service, always attentive and willing to provide us with what we need. The room is clean and large. The atmosphere is quiet, zero conflicts. Pleasant stay. A few steps from the beach and close to everything. I'd go back anyway

Forest by the sea, stunning house in paradise

Forest by the Sea is a beautiful home. Located with a view of the sea just outside of Mancora. The staff are caring and this is a perfect place for a large gathering or a private retreat

This place is the best option if you want to relax in Máncora. The experience is very pleasant from the moment you are received, Flor is always attentive to make sure everything goes well and her staff is very friendly. In my case, Paul helped me a lot with mobility at fair prices and at precise times. The rooms are spacious, with air conditioning, TV and the bathrooms have a hot tub. The breakfast is super delicious and complete. Easy access to the entrances and there are very nice spaces to take photos. I would definitely come back!

Everything was super good! We loved the place and Renzo was super friendly at all times. The beach is very nice and private. The accommodation is excellent, tidy, clean. I recommend it!!
