Antoine and Angélique are very good hosts. We were very well received. We got along well, they were very friendly, polite and kind! The house is very well arranged, it has everything you need. It enjoys an incredible view that you never get tired of, from morning to night. The turquoise blue of the lake blends perfectly with the green of the surrounding nature. Near the lake, the esplanade of the lake is very pleasant, Aix les Bains and very pretty villages to visit such as Chanaz. Many good restaurants nearby. We had a dream stay! We also enjoyed the bouquet of flowers and the candies. 👍 Thank you Angélique and Antoine, we will definitely come back to see you.

A very pleasant stay in this accommodation. We loved the terrace under the wisteria, the large main room which was very bright and its library of comic books that we were not able to exhaust despite an intensive rhythm but also the comings and goings of the black cat, very endearing or the stove made available. Agnès was also a very responsive and helpful host. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Michel is an extremely kind and discreet host. The accommodation is very clean, well arranged with magnificent views of the mountains. I recommend it 200%.

We stayed in Sallanches for two weeks to visit our family. The house is perfectly equipped for a family stay, with many amenities within walking distance. The host, Philippe, welcomed us very warmly and was available throughout our stay. Really, I recommend it, we have great memories of it!

We were 4 adults and 4 kids. We had a great stay, the place accomodated all of us easily. Place in the closet, complete kitchen. A massive plus was the availability of 4 bikes which we used. The location is few monites from cycle road and walking to the lake. Receptive on messages all questions got clarified promptly.

Perfect stay. The host was very welcoming and responsive when needed. The accommodation was spacious, very well equipped and beautiful. It was in a very good location with many shops nearby.

Fantastic property and was a great place for all of us to relax and explore Veyrier-du-Lac and Annecy. The place was spotless and air-conditioned which meant for the warm evenings we could cool down. The outdoor area seemed to be shared with the person downstairs but we utilised a veranda area for most of our stay as it opened up from the dining area. We did find that we didn't get much sun from the property but it's in a fantastic location within a few minutes from the local shop and boulangerie.

Sylvie and her family were very friendly and great hosts. We thought that the house was even better than on the pictures. The House is beautiful renovated and nicely furnished. There is ventilation in every room, which made sleeping a lot easier when it was hot. In the house there is a big kitchen with everything you wish for, the fridge with the ice machine was a big plus at temperatures of over 35 degrees. The best part of the house is the garden. In the garden you have a lot of space and the pergola invites you to sit and drink some wine, play games etc. In Aix les Bains it is better to have a car so you can go up te mountains as well or go to Annency or Chambery. The stores and the city centre ar in walking distance (15min) as is the lake.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Lovely, spacious property and nicely decorated. Really enjoyed the views from the terrace in the morning and evening and outside space. Really liked the location for easy access to restaurants and walks, shops for food and drink and to beaches on the lake. Very responsive host and great communication. Would recommend.

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very quiet and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time at Marie-Laure's place. The house is located in a quiet area close to the lake. It is very spacious and well equipped. We found everything we needed to enjoy the garden and terrace. We'll be happy to go back!

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

We had a great time at Romain's place. The villa is beautiful, the photos are true to reality and it was clean. Everything was great! A real bubble of relaxation.

This place was perfect. We were there for 3 nights and 3 days. Everything matched the listing. In addition, Maria is a great host, attentive to our needs and very responsive. I highly recommend this place and these hosts, they do everything to allow their guests to arrive in the best conditions.

The stay at Karine's house in Challex went very well. His house is spacious, functional and equipped with everything you need. Superb views of the Alps including from the pool. Karine is an easily reachable person and she was able to be understanding during a small material damage (handle of the damaged fridge) that we offered to reimburse. So I would recommend this house!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable. The 2 A/C bedrooms made for very comfortable sleeping, helped by very effective shutters and a very peaceful area. The pool was a lovely way to cool off and relax in a very private and peaceful garden. The location is amazing with a very short walk to 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, a local min-market, a local grocer and a tabac, as well as several very nice local restaurants. The lake is less than 5 minutes down a shaded road and is spectacular - we went every day and loved the water and the grassy shores which offered loads of shade. Virginie and her husband were a delight - they were hugely welcoming and accommodating, they were very prompt at replying to messages and made us feel absolutely at home. We'd visit again anytime. A brilliant holiday.

Very comfortable house and the terraces are nice. There is everything you need to cook (unlike homes that are only used for rent where there is the bare minimum). Lake Aiguebelette is 10 minutes away which is very convenient. Please note, the pool is only installed in June a priori. If this is an important point for you, check with Max at the time of booking. We found an arrangement to compensate for the fact that there is no pool for the weekend of the ascent.

The accommodation is very functional and clean. The pool is a real plus! Sophie is a welcoming host and cares about the well-being of her guests! We had a lovely family stay at the accommodation.
