We had a wonderful week (with fantastic weather). The house is highly recommended with a complete and cozy decor. The outdoor facilities, including a large umbrella, were also comfortable. The house is in a quiet place in the park. Jo was always quick to respond to our questions.

We had a week-long stay with 4 adults and one child. We felt very comfortable. The wellness area was excellent. Our son had an incredible amount of fun on the large property. We enjoyed the serenity and nature. The hosts were extremely friendly and kindly provided us with fresh fruit from the garden and great excursion tips. We definitely want to recommend the accommodation!

Had a very nice stay! Beautiful surroundings between the fields, ideal for relaxing and also a wonderful place for our two daughters to live out in the garden. A lamb was born during our stay, so that was completely nice for our daughters. 😊

Very spacious house, ideal for a group of friends. The bedrooms are very spacious and clean, also certainly enough bathrooms. We did not lack anything, basic things like kitchen towels, oil and coffee are present. There was also a cot, chair and toys provided for our baby. It was quite chilly in the house and we were unable to turn on the heating, but we were able to warm ourselves by the fireplace in the evening. We loved our weekend getaway!

The accommodation is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've ever been to! You feel right at home and comfortable. The interior and exterior are very tastefully decorated! Damme is an incredibly pretty and well-kept town. I can only recommend it! :)

Beautiful house. Not far from the beach, about 15 minutes' walk with 4 kids. So really good. The garden was worth its weight in gold and very beautiful. The kids had a great time. Great praise for all the toys and vehicles that were really great. The only thing that is unfortunate is the creaking floorboards on the upper floor. But the hosts can't do anything about it or it changes because it's just wood. Nevertheless, I think it's worth mentioning. It is also practical that the supermarket is 3 minutes' walk from the house. And you don't have to go anywhere by car. Very convenient. The opening hours of the supermarket are also great. So all in all a really very nice accommodation with a lot of love for detail. We would definitely come back again.

We had a great time at Steven's place. We were 6 adults and 2 children. His villa was beautiful, tastefully decorated, there were many games for children. We were 2 streets from the sea, it was a beautiful discovery, we will be back! :) Thanks again for everything

One of the very best places we have stayed. Genuine kind and thoughtful welcome, spotlessly clean with modern light furnishing. It was so lovely to stay we would have been just as happy not going out and enjoying the comforts and garden of the property. We would have loved to extend our stay. Next time might try to use it as a base for some local bike rides. The owners have done a fantastic job and the many glowing reviews are well deserved!

Great and cozy cottage in a quiet environment - ideal for families. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed using the bicycles. Not far away, a bike path leads directly to the beach within 10 minutes.

There were two of us staying at this place for 3 nights. We enjoyed it very much. The place was clean, spacious and well located. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. We definitely recommend the place and would book again. If you are looking for relaxation and tranquility, but also want to visit the surrounding cities or the sea, this is the place to be.

Brilliant place to stay right in the heart of Ypres with on site parking which was such a bonus.

There were two of us there for 4 nights. Large house and very large garden. Loved it. There are many seating areas in the house, on the terrace and in the garden. When you drive out of the street, you come directly to the beautiful bike path. We were able to store the bikes in the garage: very good. You can easily walk to the beach. The nearest bakery is also within walking distance and has very good baguettes and good croissants. What is still missing: a sunshade, because from morning the sun shines on the terrace/garden.

Check-in /out worked without problems, clean house, comfortable bed. Everything is available in the kitchen. Koksjide or De Panne are easily accessible on foot. In the village there is a small Spar for shopping, a butcher and fish shops (Plateau fruits de mer highly recommended in Mare Nostrum) and the bakery Stephan Destrooper also recommended. Kaat is a good host and if you have questions you get an answer quickly. We have already booked our next stay, the location is great because you can reach so much on foot and everything you need is on site.

We had the most peaceful and beautiful stay here and would recommend this to anyone who wants to be just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle. We loved it. I don't suggest this lovely home if you have a toddler - we had to protect the baby from all the very steep ladders and stairs at all times, so that part was stressful. But aside from a baby who is walking but not yet ladder-safe, it's just perfect. Our 7 and 9 year old were absolutely fine and in fact just loved everything about Sibren's. Thank you so much for these special travel memories!

With five adults, we had a very nice 4-day family stay. A beautiful vacation home and quiet location. The furnishings of the kitchen leave nothing to be desired. If we visit the Belgian coast again, we will contact Jozefien & Alain. Thank you.
