Vestersand ligger midt mellom småbyene Svolvær og Leknes. Ca. en halv time kjøring hver vei. Vestersand ligger bare 10 min unna E6, men samtidig skjermet fra turisttrykket i Lofoten. Hytta har 3 soverom og god plass til 6 voksne. I tillegg finnes det en reiseseng for små barn og en sovesofa som passer godt for barn eller ungdom.
