It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Small charming farmhouse, in the heart of the Reims mountain, among the Champagne vineyards. This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. You will have a space of about 70m², on two levels, all amenities to eat and relax (equipped kitchen, TV, fireplace, barbecue, bikes, wi-fi). Stop on the Wine Route, come and rest there!

The accommodation is classified as a 3-star "tourist accommodation". It is very spacious and has 2 living rooms (one large and one smaller) allowing everyone to find their space! It was completely refurbished in 2020. 2 sofa beds are available in the lounges (140 cm wide). An extra bed for one person is available. Sheets are provided but not towels. The inner courtyard can be used by the occupants of the cottage, it is totally private.
