Wir waren zum zweiten mal in Monias wunderschönem Haus in Montemezzo und wir haben uns wieder sehr sehr wohl gefühlt 😍 Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ebenso sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend.

Louise was so sweet and her home is a little gem with the BEST bathtub EVER in the bedroom. Such a cool place and very roomie for a couple. Beautiful decor! Love the interior design touches mixing the old stone with more modern elements. The only negative was finding parking. Luckily we found a little spot all the way down the hill in front of the school….but this is Lake Como so we’re used to hiking up the hill!:) Just an FYI for anyone with mobility issues. We loved our stay and especially loved our meals out on the deck and also enjoyed Villa Lario built into the cliff just below. Fun experience:) We’d love to return sometime!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr gut gelegen. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den See und einige Wandermöglichkeiten im Umkreis. Die Wohnung liegt etwa 10 Autominuten von Colico entfernt und es ist super ruhig. Der Pool und die Pool-Liegen sind auch super.

Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage zwischen den Weinbergen von Brissago. Die Architektur, das Interieur und die Räume sind sehr schön und haben uns sehr gut gefallen - wir lieben puristisches Design. Viele Details im Haus und darum machen das Haus zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wenn man abends auf der Terrasse sitzt , grillt, die grillen Zirpen und man bei einem Glas Wein auf den See blickt - dann ist diese Stimmung etwas Uniques- welches man nicht kaufen kann. Eva - die Hausfee - ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Mille Grazie für den schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Largo. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

Un réel coup de cœur pour cette maison perchée sur les hauteurs avec une vue imprenable sur le lac majeur, le tout dans un cadre paisible et privilégié. Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour, tout y est : le confort , l’espace , la vue , les équipements, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est présent . Nous n’avons pas vu notre hôte mais nous pouvions facilement communiquer avec lui . C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons dans ce petit havre de paix .

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Prémeno qui est un village très agréable . Le logement était conforme aux photos et nous avons pu profiter du balcon . Nous avons sympathisé avec Donatella c'est une personne disponible et très chaleureuse que nous avons beaucoup appréciée .Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte

Tout était parfait , juste une remarque , la voiture est indispensable , l appartement est superbement bien situé , dans une résidence de haut standing , environnement très calme , reposant. Mais pour s approvisionner , c est le parcours du combattant , il faut prévoir .

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Our stay in Alessandras apartment was amazing. The place is exactly as seen in photos and you are less than 60 seconds from the lake. The views nearby are amazing! Alessandra was very responsive, offering recommendations and doing all she could to be of assistance. I would highly recommend staying here.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage, der Blick auf den See und der schöne Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Einzig die Parkplätze sind etwas zu klein. Vielen Dank an Alberto, der ein ausgezeichneter Gastgaber ist.

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

4 nights didn’t feel enough and we left with such a heavy heart. Laura’s place is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it any justice. We were so sad to leave the tranquil and peaceful villa. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and look forward to going back.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Matina sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Spaziergänge und Baden an der Maggia oder Melazza - was auch unserem Hund gut gefallen hat. Gerne wieder!

Ein magisch schöner Ort im Centovalli. Das Rustico ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und empfängt einem mit dem Charme eines alten Tessiner Bauernhauses von 1791. Die Kommunikation mit Stefano hat sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Woche.

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt super gefallen, das Rustico wurde mit viel Liebe renoviert. Es hat von A bis Z alles perfekt funktioniert und Michelle hat immer äusserst schnell geantwortet. Das Dorf Aurigeno ist sehr ruhig, in der kleinen Osteria treffen sich nach Feierabend die Dorfbewohner und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Man kann wunderbare Ausflüge in die Natur unternehmen und es finden sich in der Umgebung diverse Grotti. Wir konnten uns bestens erholen.

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und das Haus einfach super gemütlich. Alles vorhanden inklusive wunderbarem Sitzplatz, mit Kochmöglichkeit und Pizzaofen, der es nochmals gemütlicher macht. Die kleinen Wanderwege (die grösseren lernen wir nächstes Mal kennen:-) direkt vom Grundstück aus, hin zu Fluss, Wald und Restaurant, haben uns echt positiv überrascht. Dass man ein paar Minuten zum Parkplatz laufen muss, stört keineswegs. Im Gegenteil, es erklärt die Ruhe und weckt einem, bevor man abfährt☺️. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Giordano. We had such a lovely week at Guiseppe's house. It was very comfortable, and the location was stunning. The views! We came without a car and were a little nervous about that, but it was all so easy. So many hikes just steps from the door. Easy to walk to Sonogno for good food and more beautiful hiking, and there is also a lovely restaurant just down the road in Frasco. Also, the buses are up and down the hill very regularly and it picks up just a block down from the house. Only thing to know is to get any groceries in Tenero or in Brione.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Rustico! Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar – einfach top! Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt inmitten der Natur, perfekt für alle, die Ruhe suchen und dem hektischen Stadtleben entfliehen möchten. Für Naturliebhaber ist es ein wahres Paradies – morgens mit Vogelgezwitscher aufwachen und abends den Sternenhimmel geniessen. Auch für Familien ist das Rustico ideal.

Sehr schöne unterkunft mit grosser terrasse. Einziger nachteil, direkt an der hauptstrasse und deshalb relativ lauter verkehrslärm.
