Chalet vacation rentals in Verzasca

Anna's home gave us a week in paradise. The house is small but functional: from the entrance you find yourself in the kitchen/living room area with sofa bed, the stairs that climb lead to the bedroom in the attic while the stairs that go down to the bathroom (if you have mobility problems it is not the right solution). All made of wood, super clean, and very cozy. The real gem is the location: Gualdera is a real corner of paradise, 3 restaurants and countless walks. From the house you can walk to Fraciscio (with groceries and restaurant) or Campodolcino (offers any solution). There were two of us with two dogs who were also able to enjoy a small green space shared with other houses nearby, with which a beautiful friendly environment is created. Anna was very kind and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

The place is wonderfully secluded, great view, quiet. By car, you can reach the lake in 20 minutes (Tenero, Locarno). The charm of the Rustico was supported by the gentle renovation with beautiful accessories. It was still quite cold in April, but with the radiators it was quite manageable - rustic, we felt comfortable 😊

The house is beautiful (of course you have to get involved with heating with wood and living without a dishwasher). We enjoyed the time very much and would like to thank the host Sandro again 😊 Only small drawback of the house: In November you only have 3 hours of sun. But considering that you live in the mountain valley, that's perfectly fine.

We had a very nice time at the chalet! The place was very clean and cozy, Andrea and Gaia always responded quickly and reliably to all our questions. From the house you can make many beautiful hikes and walks. The lake was also very easy to reach on foot. You only need a car for shopping or taking the train (you can go to Milan from a neighboring town).

Sara's chalet is beutiful, spacious, ready for a nice staying with all amenities in place. Recommended nice cozzy place & we would look forward for others to come

Great location with a lovely garden.

wonderfully restored chalet that has been furnished with attention to detail. A fantastic view of the mountains, you immediately feel comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires, Claudia spoiled us with homemade strawberry jam and gave us a loving introduction to the chalet. We did great hikes and excursions. If you want, you can start directly from the house, put on hiking boots and go into the mountains. The train station is within walking distance and the trains are just great ....and on time!!!! The house itself is great, there are enough options to hang and store backpacks, jackets, etc. Perfect storage options also in the upper bedrooms and bathroom. We are grateful for the great week and can only recommend this uniquely loving chalet.

I chose Lara's place for a return with friends, I fell in love with the property already from the photos, but live it's even better! It was a dream weekend, the house offers everything, we had such a good time that we didn't feel the need to move from home. In addition, we were lucky, in the middle of January, to have all sunny days, which made the view of the lake and the mountains spectacular! I would go back today, I only have great memories.

We were a group of 7 and had a great, long weekend in Splügen. We will be happy to come back. The house was beautiful and we had plenty of space.

The house felt practically brand new and was stocked with every amenity our big family could need—and then some. The surroundings are stunning, and it’s just a short, easy five-minute walk to the ski area. Lukas himself was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything run smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

We spent a wonderful week in Obergesteln and in the apartment Breithorn. The location as well as the size and furnishings of the apartment were great. The three spacious rooms were great to share the apartment with six people. We enjoyed the large and bright living area, from which you have a fantastic view into the valley. Highly recommended and gladly again.

The house is very well equipped, you rarely find it so well. It was impeccably clean. Communication was direct and personable. We have filled up very well and would be happy to come back.
