A sweet house with a nice garden!

A very nice studio furnished with taste and all the necessities. The two terraces and garden are a real plus! Very quiet and pleasant place, I would recommend it!

Our stay at Maud's went beautifully. The accommodation is superb, very well arranged and very pleasant to stay in. We were able to enjoy the terrace for our quiet breakfasts. Very well located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the Quai des Carmes where we enjoyed the entertainment of the Fête de la Musique. Maud is very proactive in her communication, very friendly and gives good advice. We loved our exchanges and this stay. You can rent without a second thought, everything is perfect.

We had a pleasant stay in this very quiet and well-equipped apartment. A small inner courtyard is a little extra to get some air or meals. Easy to park on the street; possibility to go to the city center by taking the tram whose station is nearby; shops nearby. Philippe always gave us all the necessary explanations for our stay. Excellent stay. The apartment is well located for visiting downtown Angers on foot. Free parking 10-15 min walk. Restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is large and very bright. The bed is big and comfortable. We found everything we needed. Beautiful discovery for this place and for the city!

Good experience. The place was as described. Very nice, well arranged, very warm and functional. The bed is very large and access to the garden (a real little green oasis) is a real bonus. The only downside could be the parking. At times when the neighborhood is busy, it is rather difficult to find a place to park near the accommodation. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Saumur.

We had a great time at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the Jardin des Plantes so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!
