Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Vermilion Parish

House is very clean and much larger than the pictures shown. We would defianly stay here again.

Great place. We were looking forward to a great get-a-way (with neighbors we knew) and it was GREAT!!!! The men had a boat, went to the Lake, fished, crabbed and enjoyed the area. The house was comfortable and well done. We had the neighbors over for lunch on Monday and he supplied us with additional crabs Monday night. Would not hesitate to go back next year, God willing. I'm extremely grateful for people like Jeremy and Stephanie for allowing others to share their beautiful homes.

Great place to stay, the house was very clean, with great smells throughout. Bedding was comfortable. The pool was perfect, large yard the front porch was relaxing and serene and the host was very responsive. Will definitely book this property again next time we are in the area.

Our large family recently enjoyed a three-day stay at the Historic Caldwell House, which is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Abbeville, LA. This prime location made sightseeing easy and enjoyable. The spacious wrap-around porch, complete with rocking chairs, allowed us to appreciate the natural beauty of the grounds surrounding the home. Everyone loved the spacious rooms and well-decorated common areas. There were plenty of parking spaces to accommodate our vehicles. As an Airbnb superhost myself, I particularly appreciated Nicole's prompt responses and accommodating nature whenever we had questions. This home is a must-see destination for anyone looking to vacation or gather with family and friends. We would definitely book again.

Deborah is without a doubt the friendliest, most helpful and hospitable, the kindest, most understanding Airbnb host we've ever come across! And the best communicator too! She went above and beyond to accommodate our family during a very chaotic Thanksgiving holiday that included elderly parents, and a 2-year old, a retirement party, and several plan-changes. She was flexible and adaptable, a very good sport, and a perfect Southern Hostess. Deborah's place is so clean, comfortable and gorgeously decorated, and was also beautifully enhanced by her lovely Thanksgiving and Christmas decor. We give Deborah our highest recommendation and we look forward to staying with her again (and hopefully enjoying more time on the lovely screen porch next time!)

Amy was an amazing host! The place was clean and comfortable and communication was very easy . Would definitely recommend if staying in the Lafayette area. 5/5 stars ✨ she even offered for us to stay later which we would have but had to get back home before midnight. Traveled from OKC and the transition was flawless.

Kazi communicated everyday during my stay and replied quickly when I messaged him. The Airbnb was clean and everything was easy overall. I enjoyed my stay and have 0 complaints.

My girlfriends and I get together periodically!! We all met in Lafayette at 17 years old, freshmen at U of L (USL) at the time!! We decided to spend our time enjoying the Festival International in Lafayette!! I found this wonderful AirBNB for our stay!!
