Vacation rentals with a patio in Verghereto

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti davvero splendidi nel Luxury appartamento di Claudia e Alessandro a Riccione. La casa è esattamente come nelle foto: moderna, pulitissima e curata in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere sia il mare che il centro, ma al tempo stesso tranquilla per riposare bene la notte. Claudia e Alessandro sono stati host eccezionali, disponibili e attenti a ogni richiesta. Ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su ristoranti e spiagge e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort, eleganza e un’accoglienza calorosa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro giorni in cinque amici. L'appartamento è davvero grazioso, pulito, curato e c'è tutto quello che serve. Esattamente come nelle foto e nella descrizione. Sì trova in una stradina stretta dove praticamente non passano macchine il che contribuisce alla tranquillità del soggiorno ma, contemporaneamente, è vicino al mare (100 metri) e a tutti i servizi, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il nostro soggiorno seppur breve è stato davvero piacevole. Un ringraziamento specialmente all'host Marco per la gentilezza e prontezza nel rispondere. Raccomando vivamente. Giorgia.

Very well appointed, super quiet location and our host was very responsive. We would stay there again!

Lovely host and great apartment. The bathrooms are very modern with fantastic showers and the house is spacious. We only stayed one night for a short family beach holiday in Rimini.

L'appartamento di Sabina è comodo e ben attrezzato; ci si sposta bene nei dintorni, sua a piedi che in bicicletta. Abbiamo utilizzato con piacere il terrazzino, dove abbiamo potuto anche consumare i pasti. Sabina è stata accogliente e gentile, e abbiamo davvero apprezzato la sua flessibilità sia sul check in che sul check out. Speriamo di poter tornare ad essere suoi ospiti!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und besitzt alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Weiterhin liegt es direkt am Strand, in der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants und die Besitzerin hat mit einigen Lokalitäten Rabatte für Besucher ausgehandelt. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung und ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Guilia, Donatella & Antonio were excellent to deal with responding very quickly to any questions. This is the cleanest air b & b I have ever stayed in and very well equipped (lots of coat hangers!!) The view from the patio at the rear of the property is so beautiful and peaceful. All we wanted to do was sit and enjoy the nature. Village centre only 5 minutes by car where there is several restaurants (best to make reservation) of varying price ranges. You can also walk into village. If you cross the main road at the bottom of the track to the air b & b you can walk on a track through the olive trees and come out in the village centre save walking on road). Small but excellent supermarket (closed on Sunday) 10 minute by car. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Enjoy your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay to explore the area. All major cities like Florence, Bologna, Lucca are in reach. Also good restaurants and the factory outlet in Barberino are in reach. Thank you for all the good advice.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

O alojamento da Laura é incrível. Casa antiga maravilhosamente restaurada que nos faz reviver o passado. O espaço é amplo e a vista é soberba, transmite uma paz de espírito depois de um dia passado em Florença indescritível. A Laura e o marido acolheram-nos de braços abertos, sempre com um sorriso

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Tamara und Niccolò – vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die beiden sind unglaublich herzliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar und voller großartiger Tipps zur Umgebung. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass sie ohne Aufpreis unsere Wäsche gewaschen haben – eine wirklich nette und unerwartete Geste. Außerdem warteten zur Begrüßung kostenlose Snacks und Getränke auf uns – ein liebevolles Detail, das sofort für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Tamara und Niccolò haben uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben: schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, eine zuverlässige Scooter-Vermietung und sogar eine Weinverkostung, die zu den Highlights unserer Reise zählte. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, wie viel Wert sie auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste legen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert!

We had an amazing time in Casa San Ripa. The house is even nicer than it looks in the pictures, the view is amazing and the outside area is lovely, with all the lights in the trees at night. The whole property was very clean, including the inside and the pool, the instructions were easy and Giulia is super responsive and extremaly nice and helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Wir haben uns in Giovannis Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Giovanni ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber – stets freundlich, kommunikativ und gut erreichbar. Er hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich herumgeführt und stand uns mit hilfreichen Informationen zur Seite. Die Villa liegt auf einem großzügigen Grundstück mit mehreren schönen Terrassen. Besonders die private Terrasse besticht durch einen herrlichen Blick über das Tal, die Olivenbäume und die Burg. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen: eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit allen nötigen Utensilien sowie hausgemachtem Öl, Essig und Kräutern aus dem Garten. Frisches Wasser steht ebenfalls bereit. Schlaf- und Sitzmöbel sind bequem und die Unterkunft war sauber. Giovanni und seine Familie wohnen nebenan – stets präsent, aber diskret. Er hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und die Umgebung gegeben. Dank seiner Empfehlungen konnten wir schöne Tagesausflüge nach Rimini, San Marino, Riccione und zu ruhigeren Orten unternehmen. Danke!

Nous avons passé un super moment dans ce cadre magnifique. Le logement est très grand, bien équipé, très propre. La terrasse un vrai bonheur pour prendre l'apéritif le soir ^^ Giacomo, nous a conseillé des restaurants et ils étaient tous parfait. Merciiiiiiii beaucoup pour tout, ça été un séjour parfait et très agréable pour nous ;)

Casa nuova, pulitissima e molto accogliente! Il soggiorno anche se breve e’ stato molto piacevole. La casa è in centro ed il parcheggio dell’auto è comodissimo. Ester e Sara sono state gentilissime e molto reattive ad ogni richiesta. La casa è dotata anche di un bellissimo terrazzo. Meglio di così non poteva andare.

In dem kleinen Gartenhaus fühlt man sich direkt wie zu Hause. Antonella ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.

Het appartement biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. De bedden liggen heerlijk en het is ook fijn dat de voeten van mijn lange partner wat over de rand kunnen uitsteken. Douche beneden is ruim en heeft een krachtige straal. Er is overal aan gedacht; voldoende lampen, complete keuken, fijn plekje om buiten te zitten, extra dekens, douchespul etc. Heel fijn! Het enige kleine minpuntje was het geluid van de (kinderen van de) buren in de ochtend en avond, maar daar heeft de host geen controle over natuurlijk. Al met al een hele fijne plek die ik zeker aanbeveel! Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Seina en wandelingen in de omgeving.

My partner and I had a wedding in the local area and this location was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and were even able to drive us where we needed to go for the weekend. We also asked if we could be picked up from the airport and we were accommodated for that too. Giovanni was very quick to respond to our messages during our stay and was very flexible with our check out time. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment stays very cool so there’s no need to worry about having no air-con, a fan was provided and that was enough. The pool area is amazing and it is so tranquil, there are a lot of bugs in the area though so bring your bug spray! Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the area or have a wedding to attend at Terzo di Danciano.

Appartamento incantevole, host super attivo e nessun problema riscontrato. Location perfetta, si ci sposta a piedi facilmente, parcheggio a 5 minuti coperto a pagamento, tariffa giornaliera 12€ Consigliatissimo !!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti nella casetta molto accogliente di Elena. Curata, pulita e con un bellissimo gusto per l'arredamento. C'era anche uno spazio esterno di cui non abbiamo potuto godere a causa del tempo incerto. Per il check in abbiamo comunicato con la madre, anche lei molto carina e disponibile. Zona tranquilla vicina al centro con facilità di parcheggio, abbiamo apprezzato tanto il fantastico silenzio. Qualora tornassimo ad Arezzo, ci piacerebbe tornare qui!

10/10 the property is absolutely beautiful! Super easy check in process! We bought a bottle of wine and enjoyed the view. I would definitely recommend staying here.
