Vacation rentals with a patio in Vercana

This is the second time we've lived in this wonderful apartment It is a masterpiece in the true sense of the word and is located in the hidden gem of Lake Como in the village of Riuznonko It's exactly like the photos The historic village is very quiet and you do not hear the noise of cars because they pass through the tunnel The view is the most amazing ever We enjoy sitting at the window every day and having breakfast or drinking coffee There's a small beach downstairs There is also a wonderful hidden beach nearby There is a small grocery store upstairs with all the basic needs and you will find some local cheeses Alessandro was wonderful, understanding and responsive and gave us useful tips We will definitely always return to where there is beauty, relaxation and tranquility Thank you Alessandro

The location is absolutely stunning and Pieter’s place is perfect - very clean with beautiful views of the lake and right next to GHT. The ferry terminal is also very close. There are also a couple of nice restaurants/ coffee shops around. We would love to come back.

Amazing views - sunrise, sunset, at night - all gorgeous! It's in a perfect spot: on the main road but also with a walking path right across the street that takes you to the lake. Frederica was incredibly responsive and very flexible with my evolving arrival times! As others mentioned, it's a steep walk uphill to the AirBnb which can be difficult with suitcases on narrow, cobblestone sidewalks but it's worth it for the view!! Recommend highly!

Elena is a wonderful host who is quick to respond. The home is right on the lake with breathtaking views. Elena ensured the home was clean and ready for our arrival. She was very kind to provide welcome prosecco, coffee and some snacks. Elena and her husband were kind enough to provide recommendations and helped by making dinner reservations for us. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I would recommend their property to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful location directly on the lake.

Myself and Grace my daughter were on a European road trip. We booked this place at fairly short notice, Vanessa was brilliant from the first part of communication to the last. Gave us loads of info regarding things to do and loads of Tel numbers for local restaurants and taxi/boat services. The villa was typical Italian in deco (fab)very clean and spacious and brilliantly located. Thanks ever so much to Venessa and Emma , hopefully I will Return one day.

My friend and I stayed two nights at El Nido de Eva and we wish we would have stayed the whole week! Our hosts, Lucia, Roberto, and Andrea were so lovely and helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and they made our stay extra memorable. Andrea gave excellent advice about a visit to the neighboring town Varenna. While we enjoyed visiting Varenna, we were happy to return to the quiet town of Bellano. Our apartment had everything we needed and my friend and I loved sitting on our private balcony overlooking Lake Como. I recommend this place to anybody looking to visit Lake Como. Our stay was charming, cozy, relaxing and peaceful.

Claudia and Alessandro are excellent hosts, very helpful and kind 😊 The apartment is great, spacious, clean and comfortable. The view is fantastic. The bus stop, shop and restaurant are a few minutes away from the apartment. You can easily get to Bar Milano by night bus or via the Via per Perledo footpath.

Luca responded super quickly and was very friendly - the view from the 11th floor is really fantastic in the evening - the location was also very good - even found a place in front of the house for our camper (Ducato). I think we found the best solution for our spontaneous Milan trip. Thank you Luca.

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

OMG we’re coming back asap!! The family (10 people) spent a great time there to celebrate my wife successful PhD defence. Highly recommended!

The place was insanely good! The amenities in particular were above average. The house corresponded to our ideas and the pictures. The driveway to the house was really very steep, so you should be careful which cars you arrive with. Communication with the landlord was also excellent. Very friendly and quick feedback. We would come back.

Sandra is a super friendly, courteous and helpful host who can be reached at any time. There was even a dog bowl filled with water ready for us on arrival. The apartment itself and the location are first class. The view of the lake from the apartment and also from the terrace are unique. Access to the second apartment in the house was cut off so that no one could walk past the terrace. This point was criticized in another review, but no longer applies. It is very private. The apartment and Sandra as a host are highly recommended. We will be happy to come back.

The house was absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures!! The view is breathtaking and we couldn’t get enough. Maria and her husband are extremely welcoming and very communicative, the perfect hosts!! We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. The house comes with all amenities and a huge beautiful garden. We will definitely be back! :)

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Our stay at Paolina’s home was absolutely blissful! As beautiful as the listing photos, they could not do justice to how gorgeous the home is. Every detail is so thoughtful and beautiful, from the windows to the linens. Paolina was so lovely, kind, and helpful during our stay and picked up our bags at the train station so we could explore the town before the house was ready for check-in! She also took all 6 of us to the train station when it was time to leave, gave us local recommendations, and spent time talking with us all on check-in. She was always very responsive via text, and connected us with a friend of hers who runs boat tours of the lake (a highlight of our entire time in Italy!). Every moment at the Green House was so peaceful, and the only thing I would change is that I wish our stay could have been 10x longer! I highly, highly recommend, and can’t wait to return someday!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

Michele’s condo was perfect! We walked there easily from the Milan Central Station, enjoyed coffee on his balcony, appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, and strolled the streets. Communication and check in were prompt and clear. We especially loved the elevator! Thank you Michele!

Peaceful place with a lot of space Always was place to park the car, walking to the city center was nice

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!

We enjoyed our 4 days very much! Very nice, clean and well equipped appartment, 10min walk to the lake, lake views, several supermarkets around the corner. Highly recommended! :-)
