This building was constructed quite recently, so everything you see is new. The first thing we see is a spacious living room, pretty bright thanks to its large exterior windows. It is equipped with a 43" HD Android TV, hi-speed optical fibre internet connection (around 100mbps), A/C with heating mode, a dining area with a large table with room for 4 people and a premium quality sofa/bed that, when open, provides good quality rest on its 1,35m wide mattress. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with the main appliances and elements needed for cooking, apart from offering complimentary basic products such as oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc. The bedroom has a 1,35m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe where you can store all your clothes and belonging comfortably. The area is quiet during the night and the bedroom is oriented to a private patio, so silence and rest are during the night are guaranteed. The bathroom is located next to the entrance and it is equipped with a shower cabin, mirror, electric radiator/towel dryer and a travel hairdryer. The optional parking spot is in a secured public car park located 280 meters away from the apartment and has a cost of 12€ per day of stay.

Walking through the middle of Madrid. Very small and cozy apartment. It is distributed over 2 floors with very steep stairs, take special care when going up and down. The ceilings are low, 1.90 cm. For tall people it won't be very comfortable, I guess. On the ground floor the kitchen and living room, upstairs the bedroom, bathroom and desk, interior with 3 windows and the door (all glass) free TV (Netflix...) and 2 fans, it is a low and it is cool. Welcome and take care of it as if it were yours.

Nice, spacious and cozy. Newly renovated. It is very well connected, right in front of the Quintana metro (green line, leads directly to the center) and the bus stops 38/113/N5 - 21. Quiet neighborhood but with restaurants, supermarkets, stores and shops within easy reach because it's on Calle Alcalá. The Docamar restaurant is next door (the best patatas bravas in Madrid). The Plaza de Toros de Ventas is a 15-minute walk away. There is SmartTV, A/C and Wi-Fi.
