I was in Varese for work so being a 5 minute walk to the train station was perfect. The house was very spacious, clean, and the hosts were incredible! Very friendly and responsive to messages. It was abnormally hot during my stay due to the weather and they provided me with a fan which was much appreciated. Thanks for a great stay :)

Samuele and all the guys were friendly! The apartment was clean. Well maintained. Free parking on the street may be occupied, you need to carefully park the car. The host explained everything, thank you. Keep it up!

Large, comfortable, quiet, clean and tidy apartment. The friendly host waited for us until late, helping us find the parking lot near the house. We have reached the places to visit comfortably. The house was stocked with everything. Behind the house, a baker with fabulous bread and sweets!

This place is near new and exceptionally well presented. Everything worked and it was very clean. It is very central to everything in the historic centre of Como.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Beautifully designed apartment in a dream location

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfectly located right next to the Funicular and next to the promenade that runs around the marina in Como. Despite being in a busy area it is set back a little from the road so it also feels peaceful and quiet. The little balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. It is exactly as it appears on the photographs, only better in real life. Communication was super responsive and helpful, with restaurant suggestions and local information provided. We enjoyed a trip on the funicular one evening to watch the sunset and walked to the lighthouse at the top (steep but rewarding with a great view).

Our stay in Giulia's apartment worked smoothly from the start. Check-in was clearly regulated and was even possible earlier than indicated, which made us very happy. The apartment looked exactly as shown in the pictures and was also extremely clean. All the specified features of the apartment (e.g. fireplace, TV) worked perfectly. We had a wonderful few days in Milan and also had no difficulties checking out. We would like to thank you again for the great time, the hospitality and friendly manner of Giulia. We will definitely come back 😁

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

Margherita's house has already been used in the past, so there is nothing to add. If a person goes where they have already been, it means that it is worth it. What a great business card... See you next time...

Samy's room has everything we might need, his home is tastefully decorated, and most importantly, the house actually has three separate rooms that can accommodate 5 people, the kitchen is fully equipped, and he must be a coffee lover because we found several different coffee machines in the kitchen.At the same time, his pet Border Collie is extremely cute and smart, and I hope to come back here again. Stunning views from our balcony and such great hosts, always responsive and allowed us to drop our bags earlier so we could enjoy our short time in Como. The apartment is located on the 5th floor right on the lake so the balcony is the perfect place for a glass of wine or a coffee. We also had a delicious pizza in a local restaurant recommended by our hosts.

An incredible place to stay with a stunning view over Lago di Varese. Every day we woke up with sense of wonder when we opened the curtains. The host is a very kind and thoughtful person who is eager to help you get the best out of your accommodation. We greatly appreciated our time there and we treasure the memories created.

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation which perfectly matched the description. The charming asset: the spa and jacuzzi with stunning views of the lake. 😍 A big thank you to co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

The home was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully rustic. The house is in a quiet location with a lovely view of the lake, and the directions we were given allowed to get there with no problem. Also, we were greeted by fresh eggs, juice, sweets, sparkling wine and other gifts at the place, which is very nice and commendable. Any recommendations for this place if you want a quiet and enjoyable vacation, we felt right at home.
