Simple loft apartment on the 3rd floor, which is centrally located. The apartment has a sloping roof and therefore the living area is only 20 m2, but will be experienced as larger. Five skylights provide good lighting conditions. Walking distance to the city center, Aquarama, Bystranda, UiA, Sør Arena and open areas. The nearest bus stop is 20 m. 150 m to bus metro with departure to the city center, Dyreparken, Sørlandssenteret, Kjevik airport and UiA. There are two grocery stores within 200 meters from the apartment. Restaurant and bakery a stone's throw away.

Nice little apartment, with small kitchen and living room in one, private bathroom, bedroom and private entrance, however, the stairs are a bit steep. Parking in a free parking space about 250 meters from the house, You also have to keep to the road, just past the house, by the long hedge 300 m to the fjord close to the center of Ringkøbing market town, with the cozy inner city with the beautiful old square, the small streets with the fine old houses, the harbor with lots of life. Only 10 km to Søndervig with the North Sea and plenty of city life.

Upstairs apartment in the countryside of Mols. Quiet and scenic with 700 m to beach, (Begtrup Vig) neighbor to National Park Mols Bjerge, 15 km to Ebeltoft, 35 to Djurs Sommerland and 45 to Aarhus. The apartment is private. Shared outside areas for a fire, BBQ, eating, playing are plentiful. Towels and bed sheets are not included. Can be added at 50kr pr person. About 8 km from Grenå in beautiful surroundings you drive up Linde Alléen and are met by various animals. Through the gate, you enter an enclosed courtyard with paradise apple trees and maybe a few peacocks. It is about 1000m to Karlby and Sangstrup cliffs and the sea, where there is a cozy and atmospheric small fishing bay with tables and barbecue space. It is an excellent fishing and diving area.

Easy to shop and probably Denmark's best swimming pool with wellness. 8 km to the Nordic's largest village church (Vestervig). 15 km to the Nordic's smallest village church (Lodbjerg) and Lodbjerg lighthouse. 8 km to Limfjorden and 12 km to the North Sea.
