LOVE IT! This house is mindblowing! It's like being transported back in time to another era. The perfect decor matches the architecture and design of the house, garden, and outdoor patio—with a lovely fish pond and fireplace. The location is perfect - a 5 min walk from the Allegheny River where you can cycle or walk along an asphalt trail. But the best part of this house is the modern conveniences - smart everything, locks, TVs in each bedroom and living room, air conditioners, etc. And extremely comfortable king-size beds, the kitchen is well equipped with all necessary amenities for cooking and baking. Wifi is super fast. For coffee lovers, make sure you stop by Woods and River Coffee Shop with amazing signature coffee, pastries and the Beartown Breakfast Sandwich! If you are into exercise on vacation like me, the nearby YMCA has a great and clean gym and heated indoor pool. Andrew and Angella are extremely responsive and kind hosts. They made sure to accommodate all my needs!

Sarah’s place was a well maintained, beautiful historic home. It fit everyone in our party perfectly. It is in a great area that is walkable to many shops and restaurants in downtown Franklin. Most things you would need are only about 5 minutes away! Sarah was also very proactive and responsive. We had a lovely time and have it saved for the next time we come back to Franklin.

Perfect place to rest. very beautifully decorated. The hosts are the nicest most friendliest people. everything was very well organized and clean. they offered me snacks, coffee and even eggs for breakfast! they gave me helpful advices of places I can go in town.

Dana was an amazing host and her property was beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. The open concept made for easy socialization, the kitchen was nicely stocked, and every room was clean and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful time there and can’t wait to go back!

It is so beautiful there we didn't want to leave! would love to visit again sometime.

This is a very nice place to get away from the stress in life. a lot of wildlife that are not hard spot. a real nice place.

Our family of four spent Easter Weekend at Dalton's property. It was a great private and peaceful spot to spend the weekend. Our kids loved having access to the creek. There were quite a bit of bugs but I feel that was more from being close to water then the fault of the host. The weather worked to our favor for most of the trip however even with a short rain it was nice to have a covered porch to still enjoy the outside. The right amount of amenities were provided and Dalton was a responsive and helpful host. We wouldn't hesitate another booking in the future.

We love staying at Lorrie's cabin! We always have the best rest. It's the only time I sleep 7 hours. It's so peaceful! Thanks again! We look forward to our next stay!

Great communicator, very nice place. Water supply to the house was great for our group of 6. We loved the close proximity to fishing. The kitchen had everything we needed!

Our family had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at the cabin. Fishing, s’mores, and lots of room for our kids to run and play. We made lots of new memories and I would recommend it.

The photos don’t do this place justice. It was one of the most beautiful airbnbs I’ve been. It has a picturesque scenery. The house itself was spotless, smelled nice, very clean, and the beds were so comfortable! I forgot coffee creamer and Molly had creamer packets stocked in the mini fridge. Everything was perfect. The water was beautiful and clear. Bring water shoes! The water is very tempting to get into and water shoes would be ideal so you don’t slip or hurt your feet. My dogs enjoyed the water and so did our 3 year old son. We will definitely be back! We are already looking into dates for our next trip.

Doug and Joyce's place is very cozy, comfortable and peaceful. It is right near the bike trail along the Allegheny river so convenient for us as we brought our tandem to ride. The home was very clean and had good amenities, including a small outdoor fire pit and a grill which we used. Getting down to their place on their road was challenging in our Prius as it is a steep and rocky road, easier for trucks with more clearance. If you want a peaceful getaway bring your own food and enjoy sitting outside and by the river. It's a good 30 or more minutes to any place to eat or a store. We enjoyed the quiet, the views, and the fox and herons we saw along the bike trail.

we had a very peaceful weekend. It rained until Sunday but had a wonderful time. Very quite area. Will visit again.
