We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment on the water gave us the full Utrecht vibes we were looking for on our visit. It was right in the middle of everything, super easy to explore, and made us feel like part of the Utrecht scene. Watching the boats in the evening was a major highlight of our trip. My whole family agreed, we would love to go back and stay there!

Check-in was straightforward and all the important information was super prepared. The highlight is the view over the water and the terrace, from which you can directly access the lake via a ladder. We were already there for the second time and would be happy to come back.

The apartment is very cute and cozy. A mix of oriental flair and modern kitchen and modern bathroom of the latest standard. All this in a very old beautiful house. You have your own entrance. The cottage is located in a small street, which is very cozy and beautiful. Flowers bloom everywhere, cats bask in the sun, the neighbors are in a good mood and greet you in a friendly manner. It is very quiet, although you live in the immediate vicinity of the market square, many restaurants, cafes and attractions. There are plenty of parking spaces for bicycles. We parked our car in the parking garage at the train station for 4 days at a low price. The train station is very close, as is the Ijssel. So nothing was left to be desired. Mirjam is a very warm host. So we were very happy with the choice of our accommodation.

Kim is very responsive to any communications. Well equips home. Left some items by way of coffee etc to help when you first arrive.

Truly a 5 star experience. Rob met us at the front door (a rare experience these days on Airbnb) and showed us the space. He was knowledgeable of the area and always available to answer questions. Genuinely a lovely person. 10/10

I enjoyed my stay in Muiderberg. I needed a convenient place to stay for one night in between moving house and this apartment was the perfect solution. The host was very flexible with the check-in time and even let me park a large van in her driveway. The accommodation itself was spacious, clean and had a nice atmosphere. It's actually much nicer than the photos used on Airbnb. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a quieter place to stay nearby Amsterdam or to someone who wants some days away in a cute dutch town.

The location is in front of harbor and very close to the historic center of Monnickendam. Bus access was very good for nearby towns and villages, including Marken, Volendam, Edam and Broek in Waterland. I was happy to see the sunrise across the harbor and yachts from the window of this attic apartment. I also really liked the check-in time was early from 13:00. This made me to leave my bags in the apartment early and explore Monnickendam well in the afternoon. It is very good for especially a short term stay in this well organized clean apartment. Joke and Peter were both friendly hosts.

We had an excellent stay at Anneke’s place. The place was quite aesthetic as well as so convenient with an amazing garden. Our 3 year old daughter especially enjoyed the trampoline and the swing in the garden. The location was really apt, we could do day trips to Amsterdam, Zaanse Schans, Hague, Utrecht, Haarlem. Overall a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful house in Eefde! The accommodation is not only super stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail, but also incredibly cozy – you immediately feel at home. Everything was sparkling clean and perfectly prepared. Surrounded by fields, you really live in the middle of nature and can enjoy the absolute peace. Never before have I experienced an accommodation that was even more beautiful in real life than in the photos! We were particularly enthusiastic about the loving, local welcome gifts such as fresh apple juice, beer and homemade jam – such a warm gesture! The hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at all times. For us, it was an all-around perfect experience, and we would come back anytime. Thank you, Aljanneke! 🤗

We were traveling by bicycle and used Ben and Inge's accommodation for 3 nights. On the one hand, the proximity of Amsterdam (with a bus stop nearby and the train from Weesp... totally easy!) and the really beautiful small towns of Weesp, Muiden and Naarden. Inge brought us an incredibly great breakfast every morning on request. She is a great, very friendly host. Thank you so much for this great start to the day. We felt very comfortable with Ben and Inge and appreciated their hospitality very much. The small independent apartment is very quiet, very clean and cozy (as in the photos). Actually a real insider tip, ....psst, but don't tell anyone :-) Thank you, Inge and Ben for the great time! Thomas & Astrid

We had a great time at Richard's house! The location is excellent, nice and quiet and of course great for refreshing yourself with the lake. We rented the boat and also had a nice time on the water and the larger lake. The house has everything you need, air-conditioned rooms were perfect on the hot days. Sitting together on the terrace by the lake in the evening, great! You can't go wrong with the house and would book it again and again.

Inge is a pleasant person and ready to help (offer to do laundry). Some sweets were waiting for us upon arrival. The accommodation is pleasant and good location. Recommended.

Very nice location, very close to the city center. Important to note is that there is no parking space for the car. 500 meters away is a free parking space. We didn't think this was a problem. First drop off the luggage and then take the car to the parking lot, went well (one-way traffic). The cottage is modern and cozy and equipped with every comfort! Train station and bus stop are nearby to explore the further surroundings with public transportation. In the garden, there is a shed where you can store your own/rented bicycles. It is a quiet area and yet close to the city center! Wonderful place and definitely recommended.

Nice, quiet stay in nature. Great to unwind and enjoy a little wellness. Sauna and Whirlpool worked well and the introduction from Peter was easy to understand and follow. There s bikes to lend at any time, the vacation home is conveniently located close to Putten. Thanks a lot for a relaxing stay.

After a long day in Amsterdam, we enjoyed the tranquility in Broek in Waterland at Haico's. The house is cozy and has everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a clean shower and a well-equipped kitchen where we could prepare our breakfast and make small meals like pasta or sandwiches in the evening. The location is ideal to get to Amsterdam quickly, and the bus connection is very good.

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and warm – you felt welcome from the very first moment. The breakfast was excellent and prepared with a lot of love. Our little son also felt completely comfortable, which is particularly important to us as a family. We really enjoyed the time and will definitely return. See you soon! My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was polite, very responsive, and maintained great communication throughout. The location is excellent—close to everything I needed—and the apartment was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely book again and highly recommend both the host and the apartment.

We loved everything about ok Linda's place. The apartment is bright, clean, and beautifully decorated. The space isn't big but it feels roomy and comfortable because of how well it's organized. The building is beautiful and in a wonderful quiet location with a very short walk to everything in the old city. Linda was amazingly helpful with recommendations, and she helped us plan some local travel and navigate the train strike. Absolutely lovely experience all around.

A lovely few days spent in Hilversum! Lots of great restaurants and easy walkable access to Hilversum train station. Pieter’s place was cosy and clean. He had all the amenities from a hairdryer to a coffee maker! It looked exactly like the photos and it was even next to a lovely park which was great for walks! Also directly next to a restaurant which overlooked the park and lake which was beautiful! Would stay again. Thank you Pieter!

It was an overall very pleasant stay which i enjoyed a lot. Wilma and her family are warm-hearted and absolutely welcoming. The apartment is very nice and exactly as described.

A warm welcome, a nice room (the blue one) a lovely bathroom and a beautiful area where you can eat and drink on both sides of the water. In short, recommended.
