The bus station is 2 minutes away from the bus station, and the train station 8 minutes away from Amsterdam, Haarlem, and Alkmaar. The studio is located 10 minutes from the DFDS Seaways ferry ride from the IJuiden to New Castle............ a private studio near Amsterdam... A wonderful bike ride in the dunes . The studio has its own entrance .

Welcome to our cozy studio, located just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach of Wijk aan Zee. The studio is light and spacious, making you feel right at home. Wijk aan Zee is a charming coastal village with a lot to offer. Moreover, major cities such as Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem and Zandvoort/Bloemendaal can be reached by car within 30 minutes. The supermarket is a 7-minute walk away, and there are cozy terraces and restaurants in the street. Street parking is free of charge!

Er even romantisch tussenuit aan de waterkant met uitzicht op voorbij varende boten op een heerlijk plekje. Je kunt hier zwemmen! Met de alle gemakken zoals: een riante buiten keuken met een wasbak, oven, koelkast en 2 pits kookplaat. Een prive badkamer, gevulde minibar, koffie en thee, 1 heerlijk 2 persoons bed (180breedx240lang) en je eigen tuin! De badkamer is voorzien van alle gemakken met onder andere vloerverwarming, een stortdouche, wasbak en toilet. Clamping in Holland!

Want peace in a rural setting? Then come and stay at our Tiny House: Enjoy the nature, the cozy village or take a breath of fresh air on one of the beaches nearby. In spring ‘25 tulips on the meadow! The Tiny House has a view of the meadows and all the comforts. From hob to dishwasher and from music system to a lovely shower. The Tiny House is also equipped with fast Wi-Fi, TV and A/C. Not accessible with public transportation. Own transportation is important.

Vacation home La Viola close to the beach 2 pers

The holiday home is the original guest house of Villa La Viola. The holiday apartment is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) from the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, for an extra charge up to max. 4 pers., and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and on the floor 4 sleeping places. The property has its own parking facilities.

Loft in old Fire Station van Wijk aan Zee

Come and stay in the old Wilhelminaschool from 1884. In a quiet street sits our building that was once built as a school, when found a fire station and where we are now allowed to live. This third classroom has been refurbished with a lot of love and patience and is now transformed into a cozy Loft of 70m2. Because the space has an open staircase and fairly open balustrade, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Kids from 7 years are welcome.

Due to its location, you can be in Amsterdam, Haarlem or on the beach in no time. For example, make a lovely bike - or hike through the dunes or go shopping in Haarlem or Amsterdam. When you return, you can relax in the Finnish sauna.

Dit luxe voormalig atelier in mijn achtertuin biedt het best van twee werelden: dichtbij strand, duin, bos en stad maar toch rustig gelegen in een prachtige oude villawijk aan de rand van park Velserbeek en Beeckestijn met haar prachtige landgoederen.
