Mandar’s property is perched on a scenic hill near Dapoli Agricultural University, and our arrival couldn’t have been more magical. As we approached the bungalow, the entire hill was cloaked in dark clouds — a surreal drive through the mist from Dapoli Town that felt straight out of a dream. Just as we reached the property, the skies opened up and a heavy rainstorm with thunder rolled in, lasting for the next two nights. It was a divine, almost otherworldly experience — two days of total disconnection from the outside world. Despite the weather, we were perfectly comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease. While the electricity supply was a bit spotty due to the storm, the backup system worked reliably and I was able to continue my work-from-home responsibilities without issue. This stay offered us a rare combination of nature’s raw beauty and the comforts of a thoughtfully maintained home. We’ll remember it for a long time.

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time at Terra on a hill . We are thankful to our super host Vikrant and Anna who always advised and guided us regarding tourist spots in Panchgani, Wai and Mahableshwar. Our special thanks to the Manager Basvaraj and the staff who were extremely courteous and helpful. The food served to us was delicious and yummy. Truly an amazing experience

The place is amazing! It is a quiet and calm place for a relaxing trip. Nearby beaches are clean, and the host is extremely responsive. The food at this place is superb, and definitely one of the key reasons I'm staying here again, when I'm in the region! The stay matches the description, is hygienic and well maintained.

Nice bunglow with all essential amenities and calm location. Beach is just 5 mins walk. The place is maintained very well. The caretakers are very kind and cooperative, with homely touch. Food is also good. In all, its best place to stay if you are a group of 10-12 people.

We were sceptical on the choice of place, but we're amazed by the level of hospitality. the people were really hospitable, and were really nice people. food tasted amazing, be it chicken curry or prawns, the cook knew how the pallet will like it. veg food was also great and a great cup of tea and coffee. the place is really nice, and allowed our pets to stay without any issues. they prepared chicken rice for our doggos and we all had a great time. amazing and peaceful place. loved it. will visit again for sure.

We spent NYE at Ekaant and would highly recommend Ekaant. The place is lovely surrounded by nature and very quiet. Nelson was very proactive and ensured that all of our queries and requests were answered straight away. The local caretaker was also helpful and the food was amazing. Ekaant is located a bit away from the main village markets but most places in Konkan are. It’s just something to remember in case you require anything like medicines urgently. Overall we had a fantastic experience and look forward to visiting again.

Malhar's place is a little gem tucked away in the forest in a way that makes you feel the forest is your own and the surrounding birdsong is for you alone! The room is simple and clean, the balcony area relaxing, the hamlet nearby, peaceful. There is only a short stretch of bumpy road if you drive in from the state highway (highly recommended) and a short jungle pathway walk from the parking area to the house. The best part of this stay is the host who is very responsive, helpful and a great cook as well! Malhar is very knowledgeable about the forest and your stay will be worth it if you can use your time here to learn about and appreciate more deeply the Konkan eco system while you stay at Malhar's place!

The beautiful bungalow itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. It provided a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. We particularly appreciated the large windows, comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchen. The private parking was a huge plus, making it easy to come and go as we pleased.
