Onze B&B biedt u een ruim appartement(45m2), afsluitbaar, op de 1e verdieping met eigen ingang. Hierdoor is contactloos verblijven mogelijk. Keuken met 2-pitskookplaat, oven, magnetron, koelkast, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. Via de overloop kom je in je eigen badkamer met wastafels, douche en toilet. De eigen entree is op de begane grond. Komt u met 3 of 4 personen dan is er een tweede woon/slaapruimte in het appartement beschikbaar (25 m2 extra) Huisdieren alleen toegestaan na overleg.

Sfeervol gastenverblijf/ huisje. Het gastenverblijf is gezellig en ruim. De veranda heerlijk om te zitten. De woning heeft een eigen terras. Vanaf het terras is vrij uitzicht (op de tuin, paardenbak en weiland). Privé gebruik van een eigen woonkeuken, badkamer, 2 slaapkamers. Prachtig gelegen op een landelijk plek met ruim terras en tuin. Het natuurgebied 't Roegwold en de Fraeylemaborg bevinden zich op loopafstand. Supermarkt 1.5 km. Schildmeer op 7 km. De stad Groningen is goed bereikbaar.

Mooi 2 pers. appartement landelijk gelegen Veendam

De B&B is een appartementje met een eigen ingang, privé douche/toilet ruimte, en is op fietsafstand van het station in Veendam, van waaruit de trein naar de mooie stad Groningen vertrekt. Ook in de provincie zelf valt veel te bezichtigen. U keert na een drukke dag echter steeds terug naar de rust en ruimte van B&B HoutStee. U kunt relaxen onder de veranda, genieten van vogelgeluiden. Eventueel bij mooi weer de BBQ aan. Alles is hiervoor aanwezig. U heeft tevens 2 fietsen tot uw beschikking.

Aan de achterkant zit u in het buitengebied en loopt u zo door de landerijen. Viswater, fiets- en wandelroutes. Fietsen beschikbaar. Eigen fietsen kunnen op het terrein staan. Vrij parkeren op straat. 30 Min rijden naar Groningen, Assen, Emmen. Het winkelcentrum van Stadskanaal ligt 4.6 km verderop, zie afbeelding extra foto's, de Spar 3 km. verderop.

Uw handdoek ligt klaar, het bed is opgemaakt! Geschikt voor 2 personen, complete keuken (vaatwasser, combimagnetron, Senseo switch) zithoek met flatscreen en wifi. Slaapkamer met en suite badkamer (designradiator, vloerverwarming). Eigen ingang, parkeerplaats, terras met zitgelegenheid. Rustig gelegen en maar 10 fietsminuten naar centrum van Veendam. Direct bij ingang van park Borgerswold en een mooi startpunt voor fietstochten, een bezoek aan Groningen ook niet vergeten.

Our small chalet lies in the middle of the most beautifull nature of the Netherlands: the National Park of the Drentsche Aa and the Unesco Geopark of the Hondsrug, on a very quiet camping. It is furnished light and harmonious. The house is suitable for couples and singles, not for children. Overnight stay with 2 persons maximum. No pets. Non smoking (except on the terrace). Landelijk gelegen appartement met eigen ingang
