The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, tv room, bathroom. Cycling to the University takes no more than 10 minutes and to the hospital on the other side of the lake only 5 minutes. The apartment is bright with parquet floors, has a fully equipped kitchenette, private toilet and shower directly adjacent to the apartment. Access to garden in the southwest with beautiful views/evening sun over Lake Växjö. You can quickly and easily get down to the lake for a walk, a swim or a restaurant visit.

Lake House at Skälsnäs Mansion in Småland

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and an abundance of animals, we rent out a lake house directly on the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog/night. A boat (4.5 hp motor) can be hired for €50/day including fuel. You can also rent our ‘Guesthouse’ (see there) and ‘Brygghus’ (see there), both with lake view.
