Lovely home. In close proximity to most of the things we wanted to visit. The kids loved the pool and arcade, and Ryan was very responsive if we had questions or concerns

We had such a wonderful time staying at John’s place—it honestly couldn’t have been better. The home was gorgeous, spotless, and felt so warm and inviting. You can tell a lot of care went into making it a space where guests can truly unwind and feel at home. The private pool was a dream. Surrounded by trees and completely peaceful, it felt like our own hidden escape. We spent hours swimming and lounging by the water, and since it was deep enough to dive, it added that extra bit of fun we didn’t expect but absolutely loved. John was an incredible host—super responsive and kind. Any time I had a question, he got back to me right away and made sure everything went smoothly. It was so reassuring to know he was just a message away. If 10 stars were an option, we’d give them in a heartbeat. This stay set the bar so high, and we’re already talking about coming back. Huge thanks to John for making it such a memorable getaway!

We had a great stay! The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having three full bathrooms was incredibly convenient for our group, and the hot tub was a perfect. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Meysam’s place was a great fit for our large group. The location was convenient for getting around, and the house offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space to cook and hang out together, and the hot tub was a nice feature. Overall, a solid spot for a group getaway.

If you are thinking of visiting Toronto and don’t want to stay in the chaos of the city or simply like the suburbs more, this is definitely the place to go. Not only is the neighborhood beautiful and so is the place, it’s also a very useful area. It has good stores and pubs and restaurants within 10-15 minutes walks. Only a few minutes from a bus stop that runs every ten minutes will take you to Kipling station, from there you can metro anywhere in the city for only a few bucks. (Definitely get a presto card on your phone, more reliable than a card). Bessa herself was awesome, in my excitement of booking flights for my first international trip, I got into the country way earlier than the check in time and Bessa worked hard to have the place ready as early as she can for me and was very quick to let me know when it’s available. When I had questions about the area she was very quick to answer with useful information. All in all, this place and its host made my trip to Canada amazing.

It was great to stay at Kathleen's. The place is very spacious and perfect for a one person or a couple. The location is very close to a lot of nice restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a lot more. I like the neighborhood a lot. In the summer, you can also enjoy the park right across the street. The place was very clean, and Kathleen was a great communicator - on top of everything. It really felt like home. I stayed there for one month as I was in between places and honestly I wish I could have stayed more.

Tina’s place was perfect for our weekend! We had 6 guests and found the space was a great size considering we were out most of the day - the room sizes were spacious and the washrooms are beautiful ( the shower is amazing!). Tina was very communicative the whole time even when we arrived late and needed help with something, she answered us right away! Thank you!

I stayed here for two weeks. Amir was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was as described and very clean. The pleasant and quiet location was good for travelling by car and also for walks with some nearby trails in wooded areas with small lakes. I also used Maple station to travel by train to Toronto a couple of times. I enjoyed my stay here.

We loved our stay here. The location is lovely - the house is in a nice, peaceful and upscale neighborhood. It is very spacious, and we felt right at home. We loved sitting out on the patio enjoying the nice summer weather. The host was also very flexible and allowed us to check-out late. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at Nooshi's place. It is conveniently located close to the bus stop that goes to the subway station. She is very responsive and flexible, she let us check in early and checkout late. Definitely recommend and we will go back again.

From the first communications through the farewell after the stay, Bruce was an exceptionally accommodating host! From needing to change the card on file to an early check in to kindly responding to our need of accidentally breaking a wine glass with an inquiry if all was okay with us (it was), his responses were prompt, polite, and caring. The property is lovely, with a quaint private backyard and walking distance to many conveniences. We had a three-generation trip to the area and the home couldn’t have been better for our needs. The kids (and parents!) loved the basement and many rounds of games were had with pride on the line. The yard provided a great space for a mini kickball game with gentle, keep-it-in-the-fence rules. The home was stocked well with basics for the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, clean, inviting, and gave cozy like-home vibes. We would stay again in a second and feel lucky to have found the space. You won’t regret the booking - promise!

High score on all fronts. Downside of course is the complex would be incredibly busy during summer months

This was my second time staying over at Lucy's place while working at MRHH hospital. Just like my last stay a year ago, Lucy was a great host and everything was as described. She has also upgraded her couches from the last time I was there a year ago. Will definitely be coming back!
