It is located in Vathi in Ithaca in a great location that ensures amazing and unobstructed views of the natural bay, the sea and the surrounding villages. It has an outdoor area of 70sq.m with outdoor dining area and sun loungers in the private pool measuring 4mx6m and 2.10 meters deep.

A spacious, single spaced ground floor, of approx. 45 sq m, with intence elements of stone and wood and with decoration from the old Ithaca. It has a fenced yard with no view. It is located right in the center of Vathy and within a 5 minute walk are everything the visitors need during their stay.

The house is located on an old British Barracks . It is next to the sea. Its a two bedroom autonomous flat with modern and traditional style furniture with a huge balcony and a great view. Its a quiet neighborhood , 5 minutes walk from the center of Vathy. It is fully renovated.
