Apartment is centrally located with bus-stop just outside the apartment. the buses run every 10min during the day and every 20 minute after midnight. The buses run directly to the central station. High Speed Internet for one who love to work as they travel.

Denna lilla studiolägenhet (16 kvm - 1 rum med duschrum och kokvrå) ligger på Nobeltorget nära Folkets Park. Endast tio minuter med buss från centralstationen och 20 min promenad till downtown. Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. This spacious home is 42 sqm with high ceilings and exposed beams. It has a cozy courtyard with sun loungers and outdoor furniture where you can relax in the middle of the city. It is very close to Södervärns bus station and Möllevangen's tavern life. It is also within walking distance to the triangle station. welcome on the 5th of August 2024 I am going on a very long trip. Then I will have a nice co host who lives here in the big house and takes care of airbnb in the guesthouse.

The apartment is in the heart of Möllevången close to everything. Plenty of shops, cafés, parks and restaurants ensure the area is always alive. Very central location with only 2 min walk to public transport, bike rental etc. The apartment was renovated a few months ago, it has a new kitchen and bathroom.
