Charming courtyard house in central Falkenberg. The feeling of staying in the countryside and still be 300 meters from Stortorget. Private patio with barbecue and parking in the yard. The cottage has two floors - the upper with three comfortable beds and the lower with a small kitchen and dining area, sofa, TV with basic channels and bathroom. Welcome to our charming house! Here you live on 90 sqm with lush garden, spacious glassed-in terrace, as well as barbecue and outdoor furniture for relaxing moments. A perfect place for couples and families with children as well as work travelers. The accommodation is close to the beaches Stafsinge & Skrea (1.5 resp. 3 km) and the city center with cozy shops, restaurants and the outdoor theater Vallarna. ICA and Systembolaget are just a stone's throw away from the house. Gekås Ullared can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Own car parking included.

Our guest cottage with its own entrance from the street, and its own secluded patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large grocery store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 min to restaurants and bars in the center and 10-15 min to the beach (on foot). Large free parking right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. There is a duvet and pillow.

Stay in the Red House - Falkenberg

Here we hope you will enjoy our raised garden in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will have a nice courtyard and private terrace . To the city center it takes a maximum of 10 minutes to walk and the nearest grocery store is only five minutes away. Grill or borrow bikes? Just let me know! Self check-in with keys in the lockbox on the wall outside, the code is given after confirmed booking. Note Cleaning is done by you as a guest. Feel free to take an extra check when you arrive and let me know if anything is not ok.

Enjoy sun, warmth and socializing right by the sea in Falkenberg! In this cottage, you will live comfortably with all the necessities. The cottage is located about 200 meters from the sea. The cottage area offers, among other things, a private sandy beach, playground, large lawns, bocce courts, etc. Biking distance to grocery stores and shopping as well as Skrea Strand. Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.
