Pizzeria and large grocery store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 min to restaurants and bars in the center and 10-15 min to the beach (on foot). Large free parking right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. There is a duvet and pillow.

In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

New for 2023 is that we fenced off the large terrace so dogs can avoid being on a leash.

Perfect location, close to the tennis courts, the beach and the ice cream café. A good accommodation and very good communication regarding check-in etc.

Fantastic week in Falkenberg in a beautiful accommodation that had everything. Everything has been perfect and the location was great. Close to restaurants and beach. We were able to borrow bikes that made it possible to do a little longer excursions and we could easily get there and again from the beach. The hens were a huge plus, incredibly loving and also provided fresh eggs. The garden was amazing!
