L'alloggio si sviluppa su un unico livello, al 4° piano di un palazzo senza ascensore, consolidato nel 2015 e ristrutturato nel 2024 . Gode di un magnifico panorama con vista sul Parco Nazionale della Majella e sui giardini comunali.
