We were only there for one night, but everything was great. Quiet area, nice communication and a very nice house. We would stay there again.

We really appreciated staying with Cecilia. The house was nice and clean with a nice garden which we got to use and the kids appreciated the sandbox and toys. The house is in a quiet area close to Parken Zoo and Tuna Park. Cecilia was very kind and helpful. We can highly recommend Cecilia.

Excellent spot and house for tours in natural Sweden. Also fairly close to larger cities. The house is well equipped with plenty of space, and large bedrooms. Ample space around the house. The reception was very nice with a cake and drinks. We made long gravel tours on our bikes starting from the house. Nature (cranes, deer, wild boar) can be found in close proximity of the house, we saw roe deer from the house. Recommendable.

Location is what I liked the most. It is in a really calm and quiet place. I would recommend guests with their own car or taxi for arriving at the location. House was kept neat and well arranged. Only problem what I found was the body wash and shampoo which was on the floor of the bathroom and all were empty. Altogether it was a nice stay. Will recommend

We've had some wonderful days in this lovely house! An incredibly appreciated pool for both children and adults. We have felt well taken care of and welcomed, and will gladly come back!

Very nice stay with a social host!

Tina has created a true paradise! The cottage is beautifully decorated — every detail is lovely, from the gorgeous cookware and comfy beds to the fresh eggs, cut flowers and robes & slippers provided. The property is gorgeous, with many different spots to relax or eat meals, each with their own charm. We really enjoyed cooking on the wood stove, but there’s also an induction hob & kettle to plug in if you need to cook something quickly. Tina has thought of everything, even providing a pretty picnic basket for outings! She also gave a great list of recommendations tailored to our interests and was quick to respond to our questions. Once we got there we hardly wanted to leave; I would’ve been content staying on the property the whole time playing with Tina’s sweet dogs, visiting the horses and goats and taking a dip in the pool. Four days wasn't enough! Thank you Tina — you’ve really created something special.

Kent is exceptionally helpful house owner. He responds to messages in a moment. Ready to fullfill guests needs. We hope to be back next time we need to stay in the area of Avesta. The access to the house is flexible and the house itseld huge and comfotable. Nice surroundings. All just good !

Highly recommend Felix's cottage! Incredibly nicely renovated and so cozy. Spent Easter here and looking forward to coming back when the pool is open. Quiet and incredibly peaceful, and the highest cosiness factor with a fire like and sauna.

Very nice place with incredible surroundings. Close to the river and the city center, but still quiet and rural. A manor house with lunch & second hand only 1.5 km away. Helpful and pleasant owners. We will absolutely be going back!

What a fantastic location, view and cottage!You have every thing you need to cook and to relax and forget the hectic daily life.Although there is a stable internet connection and a Chromecast I recommend to turn off you phone and make sure to watch some movies on VHS or DVD. This place takes you back to 80s and 90s when people were happy without being connected.

Great! Nice cottage and nice host couple! We were early and there was no problem getting earlier access. Clean and fresh and there was everything you needed. Cozy little patio that felt private! ☺️

The place is as described, worth its price, off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood, the host is helpful and responds quickly to questions. The lake is very nice, you can catch nice fish, but there is no safe mooring for boats at the pier in bad weather due to the stones. I recommend
