Large villa nicely situated

Övervåningen omfattar tre sovrum. Rum 1 har en dubbelsäng, där finns också tre garderober. Rum 2 har två enkelsängar varav den ena i våning med ett skrivbord undertill. Två garderober. Rum 3 har en enkelsäng, ett skrivbord och en garderob. Vardagsrummet har ett stort matbord med plats för 8 personer. Köket är fullt utrustat och har även ett matbord med plats för fyra personer. Ny kyl och frys. Toalett med dusch finns på övervåningen. Källarvåningen har en gillestuga med braskamin och en säng (120 cm). Här finns även bastu, toalett, dusch, tvättmaskin och ett arbetsrum.

Avkopplande boende mitt i natursköna Höga Kusten. Ulvvik i Nordingrå. Högt beläget med vacker utsikt över landskapet och kvälls sol. Njut av ett värmande bad samtidigt som ni blickar ut över den storslagna utsikten, eller varför inte blicka upp mot stjärnorna när mörkret faller på. Närhet till vandringsleder, vacker natur och fina utflyktsmål. Huset har en yta på cirka 110 kvadratmeter och en rymlig uteplats i bästa läge. Har ni frågor så hjälper jag gärna till. Berghamn is a pearl because of the beutiful landscape, the old little fishing harbour, the fishermans chappel from 1750, but above all, the seclusion. In the bay you will find a great sand beach with a shallow sea. The place offers a magnificent view over the Bottnia sea.
